You might be speeding past it or something. It's at the part where he jumps from the ship. I don't think it gives you an option the first time through his story. Technomagus I did exactly what you said you did before and after I made the changes to the guide and I never got the bad end after picking the 1st option.

Went through and added a few notes for the guide. Bolded the change for unlocking the True End. Most of the changes and edits were really on just Tsubaki's path since there were a lot of questions. I went through and tested this for completion's sake and I got: Once you pick the 1st option upon meeting Carl there is no possible way to get Tsubaki's Alt/Bad end even if you 2 DD finish, or 2 AH finish or 1 DD finish and one AH lol. Once you pick that option you can only get the clear end after beating Noel or you can lose to Jin for the joke end. Pick the 2nd option and you have the potential to get to any of the three endings, you can play it safe and beat everyone but don't get more than two special finishes(AH or DD) once you beat Noel to get the Clear end otherwise you get the Alt/Bad end, and finally you can once again lose to Jin for the joke ending. One more small minor note just in case some are having trouble getting Noel's 100%, even though there are only three endings for Noel she has four potential paths so you are going to have pick Noel's 2nd choice at the first choice time and then also make sure to pick all three at the second choice time after 1st choice at the first choice time. I said choice way too much there. On the Tsubaki and Rachel clear ends to unlock Hakumen's story issue I'm really not sure on this one. If you look at the guide it shows I did Rachel's first so there is the possibility I unlocked his with Rachel and just didn't notice it, but I did know I had a NEW on his story after doing Tsubaki's story. So if anyone does Rachel's clear end and unlocks Hakumen's story and is absolutely sure they didn't touch Tsubaki's story let me know. I just want to streamline that portion for those that really want Mu fast. Sorry about the late reply btw.

Story Mode summary: -You start story mode with only Ragna's story available. -The stories for the other characters are unlocked by getting the Clear End from another character's story. -None of the story paths require astral heat or time up wins. -You also don't have to lose every goddamn fight to get 100%, in fact you don't have to lose unless it leads to another ending. -Every character besides Haku=men has three endings. The three endings are True, Alternate, and Joke. Alternate endings are also accompanied by a "Help me Doctor Kokonoe" segment after the ending for the character. Haku=men only has two because he didn't feel like having a joke ending. For whatever reason Hazama has to get his Alt ending and his Kokonoe skit seperately. Unlockables: -Get a clear/true ending for Ragna, Noel, Jin, Rachel, Tsubaki(not sure on this I might have caused this lol) Hakumen, and Hazama stories to unlock the True Story mode. -Clearing True Story unlocks Mu, her stage, and her theme Sword of Doom for the other modes. -100% a character's story mode to get the interview with their voice actor. Noel and Jin are exceptions just like CT(IE: Noel + Lambda, Jin + Hakumen) You can also get interviews with Kokonoe, Relius Clover, Jubei, Makoto, Valkenhayn, and Platina they unlock along with some characters and as you get the last couple stories 100%'d. -Getting 100% on every story unlocks an interview with Toshimichi Mori. -Interviews are found in the gallery by pressing R1 and scrolling down to the last option. -MU DOES NOT HAVE A STORY MODE Tip: If you are going for unlocking Mu in a hurry just shoot for doing all the First paths listed. I remember playing you a good while ago.

US GGX for PS2 is just a port of the original JP dreamcast version. Nothing from GGX+ was in the US GGX. The only PS2 version for GGX in Japan is GGX+ GGX+ extras: Kliff and Justice as unlockable characters along with their stages and themes. Mission/Challenge mode with unlockable pictures. Story mode EX characters are selected by holding R2 instead of turning GG mode. This means you can use normal characters in GG mode as well now.

Pretty sure you wouldn't since they would probably just adjust any PS2 game so that it would be played on all PS3 consoles. That's if they were to do such a thing in the first place though. I do remember hearing some stuff about them thinking about selling PS2 and Dreamcast games on PSN.
