It doesn't, it does less damage and you can't follow it up with anything after the launch.

2B > j.B > dj.A does 2803 DMG and builds 19 SP. I find the easiest timing to be hitting 2B right after the 5th hit of the command grab.

Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn I NEED to go to the next tournament. If my parents aren't working my Dad said he'll try to take me to the next tournament, so I'm hoping for the best there. The tournament sounded, hype, did you guys manage to record it?

You need to do j.B > j.214B as fast as possible, and make sure you don't dash too far before you do 2A. Watch the video and try to get it as close as possible to the timing shown.

Nah, it's okay you asked in here, this is a general gameplay thread. You could have asked in the other threads or this one, it doesn't really matter. :3 You want to do 2C right after 5B, and it'll hit during 2A+B, not 5B. So it will look like 5A > 5B > 2A+B > 2C Hits, but you have to activate it during 5B, so it's input like 2A > 5B > 2C > 2A+B > 2C Hits.

You can combo after it though, which is a nice touch. I agree with everyone else, Mitsuru IMO has the best DP in the game.

Well yeah, that's a mechanic to stop true unblockables. But this doesn't work even after you let them recover and begin to fall again, which is the odd part about it.

His 2B (The anti-air) is actually one frame slower than our 5A, which is out fastest attack. So that's a really good example of how just how much faster he is than Shadow Labrys. I agree that it's a really tough match-up, and you've got to keep away from him as much as you can. The match-up should be treated as if it were a Kanji player you are fighting, you can't go in on him from the air (His DP is air unblockable) and going in from the ground risks getting stopped by his very far reaching normals and a fireball. When you knock him down you have to be very cautious about his DP, it can be super canceled to make it safer (But not completely from what I've experienced). So you have to back off a little bit until you train them not to use their DP, and then go for your mixups.

Yep, it's really strong in those situations. You can also use it when the opponent is about to tech/is teching to setup a really strong pressure situation. If you do it while they're airborne you can go for some good air unblockable resets using 2C as they fall, but those are pretty difficult to time. I found a setup that had the opponent tech mid-2C and they were forced to block the last few hits, but you can't use a 2B unblockable after they recovery from 2C for some reason.

I took a little break from the Shadow Labrys stuff and recorded the combo I found for Papstr. I'll do more after I finish up the thread.

This one is awesome, I'm doing this one. Let me go over these: Chie DP: I already tried this and I think three is the limit. I'm going to keep trying, but I don't see it happening soon. I have an idea on how to get it though. Labrys Combo: I only wanna' do combos where I'm given something I have to do in the combo, and the rest I have to make myself. But I'll give that one a try just to see it's difficulty, but I won't be recording it. Retarded Yosuke stuff: I can't really do much with that, but I have an idea for a stupid combo with him that I'll try. Yu 214A+214A+B: I'll try something, but I ain't getting 6. I'm going to take a break on these for a bit though guys, because I have mod stuff to handle. Keep them coming though, and ask your friends to give me some ideas. :D

Q_Q This is gonna' be hard. I was going to just do 236B > RCx4 with Naoto, but that's cheating because the kick follows them across the screen. Lol
