Indianapolis, Indiana: "Where is the love?"
Chris Chaos replied to Loryuo's topic in Offline Community
Good Morning Guys, I came in here to post about the Midwest ASW Facebook Group. The purpose of this group is to help spread the word on events happening in the Midwest. So instead of posting your events only in the forums, you can post them there so that everyone in the Midwest area knows what events are happening nearby so they're aware and may go to your events. This also help with the spread of information since everyone doesn't always hit up Dustloop and may not be aware of any events happening in the Midwest that one may be able to go to with enough notice. Also, you can find matches with certain individuals with the Midwest ASW Player's Log, so if you are having issues with a match-up that may not exist in your scene, there may be someone in the Midwest area that can help you with that. So if you guys are interested in joining the group, please join up and get in here! https://www.facebook.com/groups/734565093227697/ I'm also looking for a Indianapolis Representative to post info on upcoming events in your state with ASW games, that includes your monthlies, regional tournaments and such. So if you're interested and can provide the information I'm asking of you, let me know. Thank You! -

GG's Shaka! Also, GG's to everyone that joined my room earlier. I had to shut down my room because of so many bad connections, thanks for that session bro.

Anyone still playing?
-
Can I get the source for this confirmation? Not that I care for Unlimited Jin but it would be hilarious if this were true.
-
I might jump on XBL tonight for some P4A, I haven't played in some time now and I need to kick off the rust, so if anyone's playing around 8PM, let me know.

Shinobi, I write scripts for a living, I can help you with that no problem. With your experience with editing, I'd trust you to edit the work. Also, if there are times where you can't do it, I can step in. I have two editing programs to assist you guys. -

[CSE-CP] Jin Players List and Availability Information
Chris Chaos replied to Chris Chaos's topic in Jin Kisaragi
First Post Updated! I also updated the PSN Section with another field. Since BBCP is literally around the corner, I added a "CP Import" section to all of those who have a PSN. So if you are getting the import, post up so I can update the thread. -

This is probably the most interesting idea I've seen in awhile. I'd be down for this too. LMFAO! Bro, I am 30 "Niggos" on my own, I should voice Jin; my ice attack will take out anyone who opposes me. My avatar has spoken. -
First Post Updated: Thanks!

I like the idea of trying to make teams a main event but, I'd personally would want to have singles for both games be the main highlight. There has been issues with teams always being canceled or just not happening because of scheduling or lack of interest due to whatever. Now, if people really want this to happen, why not have P4A/BB/GG singles on Saturday and finish the tournaments on Saturday, then run BB/GG Teams on Sunday? This way all the singles tournaments gain the prime time slot they deserve and it won't overlap with teams on Sunday and Big E get's both team events scheduled and they will get their prime time slots as well. Doing this does leave Friday at the Copabanana open for casuals, FT-Whatever challenges or, quite possibly, a P4A Teams Tournament (Pending if people showing up early enough to run it). I don't wanna knock anyone for wanting teams but if it were scheduled this way, I believe it would work out so that everyone gets singles and teams as a highlighted event. This also allows anyone who aren't interested in teams and wants to go home to leave on Sunday since there aren't any Singles Finals happening that day; if they so desire. Also, anyone who can't make it Friday who wants to participate in a team tournament can jump in on Sunday since both teams tournaments will be happening on Sunday and not divided (seeing how that could be a possibility). This isn't my event but I thought I would throw that idea out there, since people really want to have both singles and teams there and, avoid having them neglected or dropped. It also gives Big E the team main event for both GG and BB he wants; it could work out for everyone.
