  1. LOL it's cool! Glad you see you post in the thread and hope you enjoyed yourself this weekend! I've updated the first post with results and added you to the roster. Remember, in less than two weeks, Chicago Heart 5 is happening! So if you haven't made plans for that weekend, come to GamePazzo and play or just hang out. It's $10 for the entire event and there's good food at a good price at the venue. Hope to see you all there!

  3. GG's to everyone that showed up for the monthly! The tournament this month was really hype, both Persona and Guilty Gear Top 4 was really intense to watch and all the players were on their game! Shoutouts to Ohio coming to Chicago and showing up with some strong play for Chicago's first +R tournament, I know some of you guys can't make it to Chicago Heart 5 but it was fun and we hope to see you guys again! @Seventy: Blacksnake was the guy in the beard but there was another guy with a beard and glasses that played SSFIV. Not the same guy but funny as hell to see, LOL!
  4. Pretty much what Kobayashi said. We don't do calls but we do text chat. If you get Skype again let us know so we can add you.
  5. All of the Yukari notes I'm seeing and hearing here and on Twitter are sounding good. Can't wait to see what stays and what will go in the end. Thanks for the Translaton SoWL!
  6. I also find it interesting that he has a new Super Move. It's apparently a droit from what I saw Stunedge tweet, and it's in the movelist Kurushii tweeted out. I'd like to see some footage on what it looks like though. Soon...
  7. @Wiredgod Domingo da bess for them pot bonuses for out monthlies! I will add you to the roster once I get home. I didn't know Ak1 was locadero LOL! I'll add you on PSN tonight and we can get some +R in when you're available.
  8. Updated the first post with more info on the Chicago Monthly this weekend. Make sure to check it out and if you have questions, hit me up.
  9. GGs Giovanni, Pssychh, SecretTopTier and Kurumster.
  10. I'll be the first to say it: I can't wait for Frosty this year! Going to spread the word to others so they are aware of the date.
  11. Hero, if you'd like to bring up some points or issues at the next gathering, please do so. I don't follow Injustice like that but, if you and or anyone from GGA would like to hold a discussion on rules for the game, I'm all ears.
  12. Thanks for the upload, I've added to the proper section. I also threw in Brett's combo video in the CMV section. You guys should check it out, there's some pretty cool stuff in here. 「This is Letting Go」 - Combos By Brett
  13. Thanks for the heads up. Corrections have been made and the Facebook Event has been updated.
  14. Updates and changes have been added to the first post. Please make sure to view the lineup.
  15. Yu's tools can catch mashers and punish them pretty hard. You have the tools in neutral to assist in forcing an opponent to respect you. Mid Range Tools: 5B, 2B, j.B, 5C, 2C Close Range Tools: 5A/2A Stagger Pressure Using these tools wisely will help to force an opponent to respect you if they're mashing. Sweep is the go-to tool especially if you're mid-screen. The only time you would use Swift Strike (Slide) is when you're close to the corner, and even then, it's the C version. If using this option, you will follow up with a 5A > 5C j.BB > j.2A > j.D The bold is your oki option at the end of this corner combo. When you opt out in the corner for j.2A knock down, your oki option becomes j.D. In the end, sweep is the safest way into Oki and j.D is your other option in the corner.
  16. If you guys were unaware, you are now: TFC Qualifier: Chicago Heart 5
  17. Expect changes to the schedule, things are happening that will change things around. I will update the thread by the time the weekend is over.

  19. Yes, MK and Injustice will be ran on PS3 and yes, please bring set ups; it is encouraged to do so and we would be greatly appreciated it if you were able to do so. EDIT: A lot of changes have been made to the first post. Since this is a qualifier for The Fall Classic, we needed to add the main games of that event in the line up so things have been shuffled around. Be sure to look at what has been changed! As stated before, if things change around, a follow up post will be made and the first post will have the changes within it.
  20. Thanks konkrete, AH3 has been properly added to the schedule. Also, I was waiting on confirmation about some information that I'm missing. Once I get that together, I will be making a FB event.
