I know for sure I had a great time down in Ohio. Kinda upset at my results but I only have myself to blame for that. I'm happy that I FINALLY play people in Guilty Gear that wasn't blackSNAKE constantly putting me through the grime. Really enjoyable event, really cool people to hang out with and meet for the first time as well. Wish I had time to get some GG casuals in with the rest of Ohio but everyone was really busy so I understand. Due to my personal scheduling I probably won't be down for awhile but if something is happening next year, I will be there for sure! GG's to everyone I played for casuals and in the GG/P4A/CC tournaments. Sorry I didn't enter, I was too drained to play any more tournaments but I'll enter next time.

To add onto what Grover is saying: Narukami's normals are good enough to beat out a lot of Liz's moves and break her persona easily. Liz literally has to hang herself in order to hit you, holding down back against her strings is good because her only overheads are jumping normals, so reacting to her jumping is is fairly easy. Also, 5D with Liz has a huge tell, you can look at either the persona or Liz and tell if she's trying to opt out for a grab. If you look at the persona, you're looking for Thanatos drop his arms, then he will go for the attack. If you look at liz, she will put her hand out with the card hovering over it and you can jump out for free. Being on the defensive isn't as scary as one may believe for a Narukami player because of these things alone. Hold down back, jump out of persona grab setups, if she throws out a persona carelessly, punish the persona. Make it hard for Liz because you can easily break her and when you do, mess her up. As said before; Mash slide under Ziodyne as well, do everything else that's been stated, and Liz should be much easier to deal with.

Good! I have my room in the Holiday Inn as well (I don't want to go back to the city every night this weekend lol), so we can most definitely get some games in! Nooooooo Due to the change that Codename Exia mentioned, we now have full access to the venue on Saturday so, we made minor tweaks to the schedule. Take a look to see what's going on in the first post of this thread. Also, we've added a special event this Friday. BananaKen has agreed to take part in a Kumite! So what does this mean? You get your chance to face off against the best Shadow Labrys in America if not the world in a One-'n-Done setting. Prizes will be handed out to the first 5 competitors to take him down! How much does it cost to participate? Absolutely nothing, this is a free event! What are the prizes? Defeat him and find out but remember, there are only 5 prizes for this event! How does turns work out? I don't want to be last and not get a fair chance to win something... We will draw numbers at random, so it's as fair as possible for those that want to get that chance. The first to beat BananaKen will obviously get the better prize. What day and time are we doing this? Friday around 9 or 10PM. If things do not work out for Friday, we will move it to Saturday after the P4A Tournament So be sure to make it down here Friday night for this P4A Pre-Event! Get some games in, enjoy hanging out and battle against some of the fiercest competition in the Midwest!
