  6. The gaps are extremely small compared to most other fighters. Every character is tournament-worthy. The tournament results all over Japan have been extremely varied, Johnny is considered bottom tier but was in the semi-finals of SBO, whereas there was not one Baiken, ABA, hos, etc who are considered much higher.

  8. Don't get hit. The matchup is fairly even, Baiken gets a lot of knockdowns if you counter correctly but ABA kills her in a combo or two. Do everything you can to not get thrown or danzai'd, and you'll do alright. How to play it totally depends on how the ABA is playing. If she is mixing up really well all you can do is try to react as quickly as possible to throws by 1 frame jumping. Other than that, do everything to keep her out of moroha mode and try to poke as safely as possible with j.S/2S/tatami mats like usual.

  10. Just make sure you're spaced correctly and do them low to the ground and they're almost completely unpunishable.

Well, you need to play around with them first in training mode before you can apply :P You get a few more points of damage by putting HS first, you also get a few more by doing SD D ad SD instead of SD ad SD D at the end. j.K-D doesn't always solve the placement problem when you're too close in the corner. It's for a few characters, you gotta play around and find out when it happens (i usually just eye it)
  12. While these may be easier, I think for something like a dust combo, which really is just muscle memory, you should be trying to get the highest damage one all of the time. If you don't have it down, practicing it during matches will only help.
  13. You can knee rocket to break gaurd in the air since they have to FD it, or low/high mixup while they're blocking on the ground.

  17. There are tons of baiken match videos out there, youtube Maruken, Sharon, Nabaiken, or Koto and I'm sure you'll see plenty. There is also the combo video Komorebi, which is probably up on youtube as well.
  18. actually it's still useful while turtling! you don't need forward velocity for it!
  19. the last one is just me getting hit by volcanic viper and sol command grab -_- Standing gatling to j.D is really important even without the FRC. After finally starting to confirm it the fights against taller characters got a lot easier.
