It depends on if the P2 is applied for every hit, on some attacks, like, Mu's bomb in BB has 92 P2, but it's applied to each hit, so it would be like *.92, *.92, *.92. But for some multi-hit attacks, P2 is only applied once.

Liz requires a lot of conditioning, but she gets an insane meterless reward for hitting people. On the other hand, Yukiko practically forces people to block, but even when I get hit by her, I just think "lol she still has to hit me like five more times to win". I should pick up Yukiko soon. She's like if Mu and Tsubaki combined to make the Hottest Girl in School. I want to be the hipster Yukiko that actually uses Fire Boost. Sweep actually can go under 5B. But you also have to worry about if the Teddie will do 5C or Teddiescrew instead if they catch on to your sweep usage.
