Learning to mixup is as easy as learning your character's blockstrings: which is the first thing l tend to address when playing a new character. Don't know much about other chars because l only play 2-3. But Ragna can do 2b - 6b (low high mixup) 2b - 2c (low low) 6b - GH (high high) are just a few l suppose. l find overheads to be a majority of people's weakness as l play them (including myself, admittedly.)

Ky and Jin are practically twins: many gg and bb characters are very alike if it wasn't painfully obvious.

5cc is 50% proration and as you said, requires a wind. That means a level4 TD from just a raw 5cc is only going to do half damage... 6a would be ideal but 5cc does give me some ideas... hrmm... Yes, buffer is to input ahead. Buffer j.c into the sj (almost as if you're doing it at the same time). For the normal jump you do not need to do this. (although l never did the nj version )

TD from 5cc would be a waste of tension imo. lt's not doing to do any damage- ...owait Also, input the j.c as soon as you sj. ln fact, it would help to buffer the j.c in. Optimising the untechable time ionly works if you're normal jumping, and it requires real guesswork if you don't want them to tech. lf you sj, you can do it as soon as you recover from j.2c.

I believe cat chair is all you would need for the time being. lt would be wise to do the CH cat chair combo because it leads into oki. (CH 2c - 2d - 5b - SJ j.b - j.a - j.b -j.c - DJ j.2c in case you don't know it.) You should already know not to tech predictably against him, nor should you air tech w/magnitized etc... tbqh you shouldn't even be getting hit much. Bait with fork or what have you, and combo. Really, this can become quite a boring matchup.

lB the D punch (the yellow fist), then 2C. lf he's any good he will bait it and punish your kitty after awhile. If you see him pausing to wait for 2c, that is your chance to GTFO!
