  1. lsn't 2a slower though? and you run-in 22d/236a??? Ok, you get style points for that, but those don't seem like wise choices. Unless they work for you, of course.
  2. l meant priority as "just a move faster than her b move" :P Yeah l find 5b better too... but whichwold you guys recommend?
  3. When starting a run-up combo, does anyone go for 5a (priority) or 5b (range) first?
  4. Agreed, something about Tsubaki ticks me off when l fight good ones... lt reminds me of Bang. I think falling for the same shit over and over can really make someone rage out of their damn sanity. lt's like she's legitimately trolling me.
  5. Well l for one, hardly lose with Tsubaki on a fairly competant level. (even if it's netplay.)
  6. Tsubaki, Hazama and Rachel are the troll characters of the game, except Hazama can actually switch gears if it's not too late. The other two will have to wait till the patch, my vote goes for tager/bang on the bottom!
  7. If you're doing 6c, your next input, whether it be stein into explosion or sword of decimation, should already be buffered in. Basically, you should always expect 6c to fc if you're doing it outside a string/combo, and therefore, should always be prepared to do the combo.
  8. Found a way to set up steins after max damage air combo: (midscreen) .... j.c, dj.c, j.2c, j.d, falling j.2d, 6d Dosen't set up oki but places three well spaced steins in a triangular pattern which could possibly serve for later pressure or surprise explosions into soviet damage..
  9. The problem with Tsubaki is that her mixups are just strings of slow short ranged attacks that can be ib dp'd right out of. Even her most basic of manuevers are gimmicks. Though l personally like her risk and haven't run into problems yet, seeing countless videos of 5bb 2b- COUNTER has shown me just how bad even her pressure is.
  10. eeehh... lf l could learn Rachel l can learn her. lt's just a matter of if my efforts will be be fruitful or less. Right now i'm suffering a losing streak and i'm becoming a bit pissed if not desperate for more knowledge on her. Now l could just use Litchi until the patch or more info is given seeing as she is my OFFICIAL sub (since CT) but come on. l want to learn this chick but she playin hard to get. Her flaws are just so easily exposed, even if they are small they are just exploited even by scrubs.
  11. l'm losing to everyone actually, including Rachel =( Yeah l am being a bit salty... but damn Mu is taking a mighty long time. l mean first day Makoto being called cheap with dumb parry loops and whatnot. Where's our "omfg dat cheap ass" hatemail at T_T l know Mu is complex, but no one feels should be past the basics by now? Maybe it's just me being fidgety. =/
  12. +1 on block. Most people mash out of the shit anyway.
  13. 7-3 Bang's favor. Apparantly, Bang is no longer a boobie man, but an ass man. l can't seem to pressure either, and is it me or is Mu lacking air to ground? l get hit way too many times by an op mashing 2a right under my j.c. Won't be long before Mu is mid - low B tier...
  14. 8b seems pretty uselese. lt looks like 2bb can do everythng it can but better. Is it good to mix in on IB happy op's or should l not even bother?
  15. I haven't much experience with Mu as of yet, but this is a manageale matchup that just might be in Mu's favor. Ame no Totsuka wll be well worth risking here, if steins are spaced correctly. Tao also has no dp, though she cal slip through steinless pressure AND possibly punish. l find j.c to be Mu's grace in this match if you need space. 236A may be useful too (finally) by stopping air approaches, though there may be better options. Maybe 5 or 5.5 Mu's favor?
  16. lnstead of doing all that, you could just do j.b before the j.c. lt always works and the difference is minimal. Or omit the second C in 6CC.
  17. l'll state my problem(ssssssss fucking s). What's good for punishing empty jumps/air/ground dashes? l get run up and buttraped(lol) alot. TOO much. How do l safely end a string that failed to mixup properly? When should l place steins? Do l spam or plan? Both perhaps? Oh, here's a good one. How do l win with Mu? Like for real. And lastly, WHERE DEM PRO MU'S AT!? l needs some vids so l can play right! =<

    [CS1] Mu-12 vs Bang

What the FUCK do l DO in this matchup. And if someone says nothing, l won't even disagree with them.
  19. lt's ok, l hate Bang not the players l'm finding Mu to be bad at punishing airborne op's... or breaking out of pressure... and any match that's not in her favor is fucking hard... T_T I NEED PRO MU VIDEOS AND I NEED THEM NOW ;_;
  20. About 214D... dosen't it lose it's active frames if Mu gets hit? l don't see it working too well as protection... Can l get some ips on this match? Pleeease. Ragna scrubs be rapin me all day. Worse than Hakumen for real.
  21. Thirded. l don't care who takes top spot, just take Bang off. l hate his design, his style, his story, everything, even in CT, though l do respect some Bang players. But yeah, !@#$ Bang.
  22. imo second hardest for Mu. Hardest is Bang. If you come across a Bang that knows bnb at the least, you better hope, for real. Hakumen is grace compared imo.
  23. If they barrier block, not really, because you have to compensate the lost space with a short dash. (Should have mentioned that.) Alot of the times, the space between barrier blocking is reactable against Mu, and the +! is quickly forgotten. She's one of those characters whose options up close are limited against people who hold A + B and back...
  24. lf you're familiar with Tsubaki, you'll know beforehand if the 5c would be outranged. ln that case, regardles of hit or block, you 2d and run up 5bb. Again, if you're familiar with her, 5b 3c is great at max range, and can be combo'd from (obviously, lol) or jc'd if you think they'll block.
  25. You took the words right out of my sentence fv. I realized today that Mu isnt even good at harassment. Not like Ragna or Jin. certainly not like Bang. Good players have mashed out of my 5b 2b 2a strings, leaving me at a disadvantage. l see it like this: whatever you're going to do, you best do it quick. One small string, dash in, another small string, mixup/tick. Or you will lose your momentum. And with Mu, that is the last thing you're going to want to happen, especially in competitive play.
