btw, have any of you ever tried the d crossup into reset?

I always wondered, besides combos what is habakiri for? l know it has long active frames, but it never seems to protect me. Most of my steins are also placed in the air. l know it's a bad habit but...

Ah you play mu too? Thank you! I'm still used to CT Rachel, just get the hell in and STAY in, unfortunately that dosent help with everyone. But with mu l feel like her normals are terrible, so goodness help if l get rushed. But ok, space, zone backdash. l'll try... T_T l was really messing up with tsu, alot of things just happened by mistake. But jump? Really is that good for her? -

Thanks. Yeah 22d is so tempting... o.o l need to stop, yes. And pardon my combos. l never looked at her combos from here, in fact l got everything from random vids l watch. Maybe it's time l put training to good use. -
lt's not hard for mu to get to lambda, at all. any two properly placed steins will almost guarentee a rush-in from anywhere, anytime. And Lambda's swords cant stop mu much, In fact she can zone or run away either really due to ame no totsuka and just plain stein placement. Wow. Damn this is like the haku vs mu match, except haku is mu and mu is lambda... wut

Well l see no mu critique thread, so l hope this is appropiate! Anyway, as i've said in the tsubaki thread, DJhoushen recorded my mu. Now this is my second - third day with dat ass, but l FEEL that l should know her. >_> l dunno. Anyway- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VN6M3F_x4qg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVsRpEHhTmQ I feel like CT Litchi with mu, but with zoning. I need help because that is not a good thing =(

Hello guys. DJhoushen was nice enough to record me with tsubaki. l need lots of help... never did l jump around so much. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVsRpEHhTmQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTofuSC-7zg Any expert advice? Like basic punishing? And l have a feeling that i'm too active when l fight. Give myself away. -
Somebody please explain to me, why everytime l barrier jayakou, not only do l still get hit, but it's FC too? l swear. l mashed my hands to back A+B, and it went right on through, air AND ground. And these are baited. l'm Baiting his dp and getting fc'd. 7 times this happened to me last night, and once just now. l'm going to go crazy if it happens again.
-
This is just like RC vs HZ. Fullscreen is mu's favor Anything midscreen hazama's favor Mu's saving grace however, is that her moves are of long range and can punish a retreating hazama. It's good tht her oki is strong, by the time he gets heat he'll waste no time using it. Then we're back to square one. Why's this not in Mu's favor again?
-
ln mu's favor huh? l'm surprsed.
-
Where do l get Makoto?
-
omg no l don't even know any primer breaking setups anyway...
-
Only if he IB's and you don't charge it. Probably. Since you can gatling tsurugi into the string, l doubt that in particular can be punished... the recovery looks bad though... eh
-
lnstead of setting a stein after every blockstring, and you expect that their mashing will beat it (lol it often does), start using furu no tsurugi. l can't tell you how many time l get that move to CH online after a string. I wonder if you gain/lose frame advantage after that, too, is blocked though...
-
Having trouble doing anything without a knockdown... Can 6b be comboed from, on a crouching op (not doing tsurugi though, something more damaging)? And what is the general situation after 5c - 6c - 5d - 6d oki? lt seems so unsafe... and people just jump right out of it. What is some effective oki setups? Lastly... 236a. What is it's purpose?
-
Wow this match sucks. Midrange sucks ;_;
-
So even with it all... up close it's just guesswork. So her pi is just something fun they gave her which would really only come in handy when you don't need it... ok. Thanks again.
-
So how long exactly is the frame length? And which has the longest amount? l'm guessing 214b? (Sorry about the questions but... -///-)
-
l see, l see... thanks guys! Just one more question. About her PI... just how useful is it? ls it like, "everytime you throw a sword imma pi charge dice your ass", or "omg a sword l hope this pi goes through it cross fingers!!!" The 214 version l mean is the invincibility actually a good length? Also do d versions have it?
-
Meet him in the air.
-
Ok, if those are the cases, Mu could play a litchi-esque game by baiting him at mid-range. lf he dashes get ready to anti air. lf he cuts orbs, 6c him on recovery if possible. lf he dashes at you, trip him. At neutral, set a orb and predict what he'll do next. Likely his next option depends on how you placed your orb. Just put yourself in his shoes l guess.
-
ls mu's 6c a decent anti-air/punisher period? Maybe she could play midrange.
-
l have a few questions. 22D. Very epic on guard. But what do l do after?? l always do dash 6cc, j.c... but they tech out. Is there better options/a way to finally get that freaking combo!? What do l do against people who barrier way too much? lt may be scrubby but tbh it works. When l have no charges btw. Retreat? Mixup? Can someone tell me about her projectle invincibilty, and does d chains have them too? Thanks.
-
Actually, l find zoning him a great tool fullscreen: to bait his approach, and extend your mind games so that he'll fear summoning anything as much as you do at close range. Planted lobelia's (and empty Sword lris) can keep Ara from free jumping around. lt's about restricting his air game, and baiting him to make mistakes. j.C has worked well fo me when he's too high and preparing to dive.
