This is fairly old, I've been using it for a long time. Stole it from a Japanese Tao. You should be doing 236BBBB 66 Taunt loopx8 for 5k. A good way to get into it is (blockstring in the corner) 5D~C j.236BBBB

Taokaka is sort of an underplayed character, it's rare to find a good one in tournaments. Good players in the states are...TaoFTW That's about all I can think of exclusively in the US, in Canada there's XDest.

I do 13 and it works just fine. I've never whiffed it, unless I messed up the taunt loop.

The question wasn't if FC 2C is viable or if it happens in-match, the question was how is challenge 10's combo viable in an actual match? I know the mission combos are a good example of what Tao can do outside of taunt loop, but they're still inferior to taunt loop. Also the definition of work wasn't needed nor did it prove any sort of point. Taunt loop "works" in that sense too.

Yeah, the show wasn't anything too special, but I enjoyed watching it throughout. And no problem, Tao is one of Lambda's hardest matchups so it's good for you to get experience in it. I'll be sure to invite you to a game some other time

She's not useless, she's goddamn cute and THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS. Yeah, Bakemonogatari was pretty good. The animation could afford to be good/unique because there's so little action in it, mostly dialogue.

So you're saying off of FC 2C rather than doing the 6k combo+ oki or the 7k combo, I should do the 5.2k combo with no oki and less damage? And define what you mean by "they work". Do you mean they work for you more often than taunt loop?

Still sticking with Tao, taunt loops are too delicious to give up. I don't really sub anyone, but I can play pretty much anyone in the game decently.

Haha what? Which mission based combos could you be using more than taunt loops? Edit: Yeah, just went through challenge mode again, none of those combos are at all practical. Are you trolling?

If Rin still wants to do it, I'd be up for that. He's really busy though, I wouldn't want to burden him. The reason we didn't do that combo video before was the quality of footage wasn't up to par with what we wanted.

Now that I've got a copy of CS, I'm planning on making a video of all the things it's possible to taunt loop off of. Expect it soon
