Arakune's IAD after 5D is really really difficult. I would just do combo's other than that until you get better, and then go back to those combos. Jump Cancels were hard for me when I started playing stick too. Just keep practicing and you'll get it eventually.

Frame data is good. Playing people that are experienced at the game and actually give you advice is better. I'll actually go on mic next time we play and give you tips as we play.

Once he gets in, be patient and wait for an opening to get out. Do everything you can to not let him in. Be creative with where you put your swords.
