hey look, something interesting from bb general: If it has online-play, I guess I'll buy a fourth copy of my least favorite GG. (Cause that's how good GG is! ) IF the speed is corrected (console AC ports run faster than arcade AC and XX,#R,Slash console ports) THEN I would totally start entering and pushing tournaments again. And recontinue my quest to be the very best, like no one ever was, pokemon, etc. -
air moves recovers faster and don't prorate. also can crossup with j.S, for the odd balls who try to block the unblockables

No, S-tier is equivalent to God-tier, as we can observer by the placement of S-tier above the naturally ordered tiers: A, B, C, D, and so on.

He's right. The Japanese are absolutely perfect. All jap matches I've seen all end in time overs with no damage taken by either side.

that is real data, and iirc that's how they made the #r matchup chart. but i'm sure it's cheaper for them to ask the opinions of a couple of players then publish a tier list and it probably sells the same amount of magazines. produces a lot more talk around it too like, what was i suppose to say about the #r matchup chart if the three top players of my character couldn't even demonstrate it?

oh no no no. People do play it. They all just don't play it offline. I think at every monthly we've had, a separate person has brought a BlazBlue setup. But of course, they're the only BB player around. Sometimes they pull in a person or two, who'll play it for shiggles while waiting for their match in another game. But if all these people can just arrange to show up all at the same time, they might be able to start something.
