geez thats a while. we dont have too many arcades down here. just like 6 that i know of. tournys have more spectators than actual players...i wish we had american hype.

dude makes ragna look broken. i think hes on youtube but idk. try looking for him. how long have you been playing CS? i just got itlast saturday so yeah. like 17 ranked before the Rqs started. tager fest was fun though.

i honestly agree with that i dont ind paying if it helped fix this shit. then there wouldnt need to be a thread. or well maybe yeah so ppl can avoid them instead of getting pissed over wasted time and effort. i hope they patch this issue soon. and your in the top 100? awesome shit. i may ask you for some matches later. i havnt fought a ragna that can kill me yet. minus giga but we go 50-50, 9ball is broken but he comes off as well concieted and just a jerk sometimes but maybe it was just that 1 day. i cant denie he was good. really damn good. but they way he just kept shutting us down wa just uncool. he might be a cool guy.

sounds rough few ppl RQ hakumens. but eh i just want to try in some way to help ppl. though yeah i advise trying the send the P thing asking them to decline. tell me how many times it does and doesn't work and i can asess from there.

dude i understand your view on this thread but i heard CT went through the same thing. the No denying fights thing. then it got patched. this may or may not happen for CS but if it does it can at least help some ppl. even for player matches. so maybe it'll gain some use over time.

actually it appears they cant denie a fight on rank now...i assumed it was still there because of CT but this wil have to wait until they fix this. sorry circ.

ive fought a few of the "better" MUs and all i got to say is that either 1: they will come straight at you for a knock down into steiner set up or they run away for set ups. her lasers are almost useless unless shes up close otherwise i play an easy game of mario and kill her for it (mario meaning jump over or duck the lasers) it all depends on 2 seconds after the steiner is set and you last position then just go the reverse. if you were in the air dont jump again the laser will pass etc. now if shes close thats another issue you gotta worry about an overhead and a laser in the ass. i would advise blocking high since from my experience i have yet so see or get hit by a laser that hits low. the primer breaking laser can be Dd to save your primers but you have to react quickly to which D button input needs to be done and at what correct timing. her 6C is a "physical" hit yukikaze will work on it. if you are a jolly barrier maker vs her like me then j2C is actually your friend here when you time it correctly also if a steiner is facing directly at you at a horizantal position (MUs standing 5D for example) a correctly timed 4C or 5C will cut it into a barrier depending on where you want it to appear. her jC vs your JC feeels even imo hers usually beats mine so instead i go with something faster or jD. her Blessed Miror DD can be safely yukikazed for pretty much free damage if you turtle otherwie block and close in as safely as you know how. Wisdom of the Divine DD is a blockable DD. yukikaze works on it too because of its "physical" properties she will get frozen. but all in all shes not that dangerous if you pace yourself correctly. if they are running and spammind her air Ds time it so that the lasers will miss and smack her out of the air during the recovery. thats all i got for now. correct any mistakes please.

yo circ as much as believe in ppl im going to ask this: is it possible that i can make a black list of repeated offenders on the front page of ragequitters thread? i honestly feel with some polishing that it may have a good use for future people. i understand there will be the technical dumbass that WILL fight that same RQer but for the smart ppl who wont can know who to be wary of or avoid. also if you say yes after a certain time when i update is it possible to delete those 300+ pages of garbage and stupidity? thank you for your time.

ah ive been trying that but for some reason they tech before the second 5C...do i delay the second 5Cs input or input it as quickly as possible? EDIT: ok never mind i found where to hit them. it needs to be pretty early but eh i can adjust. thanks mac.
