If it's going to be 5v5, same characters should be allowed since you can run into people that play the same character. Especially in BB.

This has been an issue for a while, and I think it was addressed in my character analysis thread months ago. Since then, like I said, nothing has really changed except for her max damage.

Regardless, Rachel is still bad. She did get a bit better... but unfortunate for her, so did everyone else!

Not sure why you really feel that way. BBCS is actually pretty balanced unless you're Tsubaki or Rachel, and the recent tier list found on JBBS kind of proves that it is pretty balanced (at least in the eyes of what are probably top or good JP players). It could just be a mentality issue, but I'm not sure how long you've been playing. Newer players seem to look at small imbalances and blow them out of proportion compared to players that have been playing FGs for a long time.

I'd say her max damage got better, but everything else is pretty much the same. Not enough to move her up past B tier area I guess.

Yes. It's usually better to look at things objectively, rather than subjectively.

It looks about the same, to be honest. :/ A .1 or .2 difference isn't that great and not something worth changing. It probably wasn't even a troll; many players often overexaggerate the strength of some characters or even the characters they play. For example, Kubo's match up opinion for Sion in MBAC was pretty biased (almost all in her favor and quite heavily at that), and so was Ogawa's match up opinion for Eddie in GGAC.

I can't recall any off the top of my head, but I'd imagine any kind of move that launches high into the air or has a long ground bounce on hit would make it hard or impossible for Hazama to combo JH on trade.
