No more WOW spam. Back on topic: I've been playing in japan for awhile now and all I-no players know how important her okizeme is. The one big problem with pot is that if you fuck up on that oki, you can lose the entire game. If you a safe move such as hover dash j.s, and he backdashes, you have to just keep going. If your original plan was j.s, j.d as a mixup, and you land and hit 5d, ggpo. Make sure to "block confirm". If you do HD j.s, pot backdashes, you can just dash j.s again and go into a combo, you can also just mash punches and go into a HCL knockdown note and restart oki, etc. A lot of times when I read pots backdash I just keep dashing into him and j.hs when appropriate and combo from there. How do you guys like to address the issue?

I'm actually going to be in Tokyo for the year studying abroad, so I'm sure we'll have plenty of time to meet. 2/8 is a bit extreme for may but... May, Faust, Axl, and Robo Ky are definitely I-no's hardest matchups. Slayer can be fucking annoying but I don't think it's that bad. You just have to play different and more safe. Easy is an exaggeration, but I would say I-no vs Dizzy is 6/4ish. Any time Dizzy summons something except at maximum range, she is susceptible to HCL, even in block strings. Just watch out if she tries to bait with frc scythe/delayed 2hs->ice spike or something JCed over an HCL. And yes, j.p owns Dizzy and other air offenses from characters like Sol and stuff. Don't be dumb and try to j.p slayer's j.hs or some bs will happen. Just IB (in the air depending on height), air/ground throw or get around it somehow. If you watch really carefully, I think the blob hit early, as Hae blocked that first and switched as fast as possible to low block the rest of the way. I was pissed that Dry Ace/Tsujikawa didn't beat N-O. I give N-O super big props for taking out everybody but I really wanted to see more of what both teams had to offer. Just goes to show what can happen even if your opponent has a sliver of life left.

Normal ABA still has really good normals, especially 2hs and a few other notables. Don't get cocky. Against Danzai, sometimes you'll be far away and 2p/5p won't connect, so 5k after the first hit should do the trick. If you're way far away, it's probably best not to do anything except get out of the way so you don't even have to block the 2nd hit. That way you can put the pressure back on.

If you do a meaty/meaty-ish It's late and he backdashes and tries to pot buster anyways, you still have time to dandy away again, backdash, or jump. If you do the BD part when they're trying to throw you, then the BDC move will be fine obviously. If you just BDC something, and their throw input came after you cancelled the BD, then you will be thrown. BDCing on response to a throw is fine;BDCing at the wrong time can get you thrown.

nice start, some combos could be more interesting (as in not as much b&b) but good stuff so far, great choice in music (I'm a huge Shiina Ringo fan)

just record her doing the 412 p/k/s/hs motion early on and when testing, do your attack and hit playback roughly around the same time. You can play around with it to have her counter immediately or slightly delayed.
