WAT. Step your game up, guys! Naked NorCal = the reason I won't come to tourneys. In all seriousness, I was there last week, just didn't get to stay for the weekend. Talk to Goryus, he can give me a reason to come back. (^.~)

Hey, I'm glad Soviet mirror taunting caught on! Now then, I know this isn't the right thread, but whatever: - 360A (or B!) on Tager should be followed by 2B xx AC, etc. There's zero reason to do anything else. - Throw combo of choice is not throw xx BSledge, etc anymore unless you want corner (in which case BSledge, 5C->2D). Throw xx AC, elbow, 5B->4D is B&B now. - CH Hammer should be followed with 5C->6A->2C xx AC, etc. - Fatal Counter combos should be second nature by now. :^( LOL @ 6C xx 720. That required a jump cancel, since you can't normally cancel a C move to a 720, which means even as a mistake it's really hard to do! Mad props.

#1 - you can't do 720+D~C if you are chaining into the D. You're not allowed to kara-cancel chained normals in BB (or GG, this was the fix to the FDCs from GGX). If someone says they're doing it, really what it is doing is making them delay the motion and the C enough that their desired input works. You also can't do it if you are JCing into the D - you can never get a standing move after a jump cancel (like 5A, up, D will always be j.D or nothing). #2 - if you want to avoid a purple 720 off 6A, the easiest way to do it is to buffer one 360. Do the 6A, then before it hits 360 from R D L U R, continue to hold R as it hits, then wait and complete the 2nd 360 from R D L U + C. (Obviously, if you do 720s the other way, then do it backward and hold L instead.)

FYI, guys: There's no timing to do an unblockable hit at the end of the throw-tech period. We've been testing Anima tech into gear, 3C, and 5B for around 10 min now, and nothing. Also, purple throw tech time is the same no matter how long a combo is, it doesn't get prorated. Out!

I would enter a ToTD side tourney. I would touch keyboards for that game. Heck, there isn't much that I wouldn't touch for that game. Or insert somewhere. Someone must play it with me.

There's a thing you can learn, Mr. I'm-All-Done. Figure out how much meter everything gives you so you know what you can do when. 360B, ASledge->Hammer straight up gives you 50 meter post-burst in CT, so you always have 50 there unless you RC'd into your 360, which makes no sense. Max you can get is something like 360B, ASl->Hammer RC 5C(or 6C) AC Spark, 2C xx AC, which requires a Spark and gets you ~7500. Collider punish gives you less meter (AC, BSl->Hammer gives you 34 post-burst), but if you have the 16 meter needed when you start to get you to 50 then you get way more damage, and from anywhere they bursted. AC, BSl->Hammer RC BSl, 2C xx AC is amazing and if you have Spark you can finish with more. :^) Also, 6C xx XYH, even if you don't hold the XYH at all, is too slow to punish a burst against good players* - especially if they burst as soon as the 6C hits, because they are on the ground standing immediately afterward. * see what I did there...

According to CT frame data, ASledge hits on 19 and is cancellable to Hammer on 25 (6f after the hit); BSledge hits on 35 and is cancellable on 44 (9f after the hit). So after getting touched, the ASledge followup is indeed faster to execute since you can do it earlier. However, the stun for the BSledge is 3f longer, meaning you have the same # of frames to hit the Hammer startup, you just have to do your move faster after being touched by the ASledge.

Get outta here, DacidTrip, you don't play Tager...heck, you don't even really play Bang. :^) Sol - in CT, 100 meter to make someone burst at a predictable spot is golden...punish with 360B for 5K, or AC into 7K dmg is something I would pray for. In CS, though...yeah, not so awesome.
