From what I've seen Bang has some good practical corner combos without meter, that do over 3K. I haven't had a chance to try but does any of his CS1 FRKZ combos still work in CS2?

His 5A is still good I would think, its got decent range and is still his fastest normal, he just won't get as much off of it anymore. At least midscreen, but that goes for the whole cast anyway now. Unless you're Makoto or Hazama, or some other top tier character, I guess. /salt Also I'm not sure how the attack level places into frame advantage, I just look at the frame data, if it says 0 or -2 or whatever, that's what I go by. If someone more experienced wants to enlighten me then go ahead.

Its only one frame of more startup, how can it hurt. I'll mash 5B even harder. That's the new fad now. 5A is neutral on block, while 5B went from -1 to -2. So IB'ing would make it -5, as opposed to -6 as it was in CS1. His 5A was -3 on block and with IB'ing in CS1 made it -8, while in CSII it will be -3 at worst. Not bad (if I'm doing this correctly and if the frame data is correct). Frame data and strategy is not my specialty. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Nice, I knew Cirno was going to be the mod. Is there anything in mind for the future in terms of a mixup thread for Platinum? I remember Cirno posting some interesting stuff throughout the old thread. Then again its best to wait for us to get the game.

Which reminds me of the first time I played HnK (recently), when I decided I wanted to play Mamiya, mashed yo-yos and broke stars, then mashed Fatal KO for wins. Then the guy I played against started to remember Raoh stuff and I was a sad Mamiya that day.

I think if you like BlazBlue you should give it a try. I think its slower paced than BlazBlue but people tell me otherwise. The game is pretty basic like BlazBlue, but the Arcana choices keep things interesting.

Yeah Fairfax is a ways away. But if you wanna hang with the smaller, cooler group then sure.

So when is CS2 coming for the states? I'm going to miss the Critical Super Crash xN combo in the corner. I usually run with Halo, but I mess around with Earth, Plant, Wind, and Fire. Sometimes Love. I never bother doing EFC combos though. They're fancy and all for Angie but I don't find the damage that great, and I don't want to drop them. I haven't played the game in a while though, maybe I should get back on it.

Yeah I had most fun in GG, I wanted to play Arcana more. I can't win at MK no matter what I do lol. We should definitely do more Guilty next time. I want to scrub it out against Eddie again.
