I dunno, it regens pretty fast, I see alot of Rachel players spend 4 wind just to get the fuck away from shitty Noel pressure, so I don't mind spending 2 to combo, I am Luna after all, I do it all for combos, plus the way I see it, 3.5k for 2 wind is better than 2.6k for 1 wind and 50 heat, but I guess that's just me. by the way guys, I am free this week: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday So let me know if you wanna make it any of those days, and I suppose we can hold an official casuals on Friday, maybe Toast can make it to this one.

"Where do I start" is a very vague and open question, but I do understand how important the answer is, since I myself am wanting to learn a new character. You however, are better off posting in the NVG thread, its a place to get to know the Noel community, and overall will get you more comfortable with Dustloop in general, we also are willing to share any insights we have about the character, if you play someone who has a mic, normally they are more than willing to give out first hand advice. But to answer your original question, start by getting comfortable with the controls and how Noel moves, then learn combos, if you don't know combos in BB you just can't win.
