  1. Hmm. I wonder if it would be better if Az could see how many fireballs he has stored. If you could then you could keep track much easier especially if you absorb multi-hit projectiles and you don't quite know how many you have. On the other hand, having them hidden means the opponent cant see if you have one either, and these fireballs seem pretty and good at surprise attacks.

  3. Looking at some Izayoi fight on stream and it looks like she was walking forward with her barrier block up. Dunno if thats just some CPU shit or what.

  8. What pisses me off is that you can't see your opponents connection when they join. It's fine in 4 bar for me but you can't tell who's 4 bar or not unless you search for matches, but thats not the best way to find matches anyway.
  9. It depends what you mean by 'mash out of it' i guess. If they press a button as they wake up or try to DP, then i think you can just block and the trap will hit them (or be in line for a punish if they DP). I did see one setup in the corner where he went for trap oki and then neutral jumped. They blocked the trap, but this sets up the low airdash j.A/land c.A mixup. Not sure how air tight it is, but might be something to consider if you get them in the corner.

  14. Does anyone mind checking what kind of frame advantage you are at if you only hit with the 2nd part of 236A and D cancel it?
  15. Narcowski got the 2B to work under some tight timing. And OMB counts though, as seen in that combo above. Unless 5AA isn't 2 separate moves. Maybe something like starter~2C (OMB) 214D 236A might be another route for OMB stuff, but the range might not allow it after 2C.

  19. You know since the burst seems to grey out during some characters own super, im thinking that you can cancel into gold burst now much like in P4A. Just a random thought though.
  20. For Naoto's IK, the crosshair's are pretty obvious and it seems like you don't have to Gradius against them, just standing in the right place seems enough.
  21. Well it kind of is an option select. You have the situation where they wake up block and you pressure with 2A and you cover the situation where they wake up counter where your 2A hits but Chie will fly over you and you can punish.
  22. It combos but i think the reason its done is because they have to do the divekick to get the knockdown in that yellow beat combo and maybe you can't set another 5D after it? Seems you can only do the 5D followup and people would rather just block that than get mixed up from the 3 hit 5D.
  23. I was wondering what combo you could get if say you were put in the corner and did wake up blood kain and had to do 623C to punish a move coming out of BK startup? And maybe a combo in the same situation where you can punish with a 5A/5B instead of 623C (moves that will just pass through you and then punish after etc)?
  24. I have all the sections separated into layers but was is colour locking and can you do it in gimp?
