Spending one charge on 200 damage is kind of silly in regards to the second combo. I think the first one is the better of the 2. I haven't really looked at midscreen 2 charge combos yet so I couldn't give you a comparison atm.

I'd just want a buff to 5c range normal wise as well as easier charge gain. I don't like the idea of autocharge. But a quicker charge and the action charge thing from unlimited seems like best ideas.

Can just do 5b>sj.bc>etc which works for most I think. Some characters have super thin horizontal hitboxes.

Charge Canceling is the best way to bait a dp. Do poke>cc>poke a few times and then do same poke>cc>block and hope he was trying to IB dp so you get a punish. You can cc and block ib>ID off anything but 5a/2a/2b/2bb done correctly.

Well, when I said NCI I did mean more the Norcal monthly thing. Anyone know how many people we had just from norcal for this NCI? A big event every few months is cool, but the monthly thing was nice and depending on how many people we have it could be done somewhere smaller. As for venues, depending on how things work out with Scott's thing in Sac, SJSU sounds like a good bet. It was something like $230 for a good size room (prolly bigger than where we were at Eudo anyway) at club price last it was discussed I think.

Are we gonna go ahead and merge bb into nci monthlies like there was talk of? Has anyone talked to Eudemonia about possibly hosting nci monthlies or do we need to find another place? (Shadowbrooke? I know ssf4 is there biweekly and I'm sure the turnout is bigger than we would probably be.)

Also, in case nobody checked the mugen thread: 5bb>2b>5cc>214a>22c wallbounce>6c>623a>j.236a>j.214c Is a nice meter building alternative to her normal bnb. You trade some charge time for 10% extra bar and like 50-100 damage. I personally think it is worth it. It also sets up some reset options depending on if you make the wallbounce techable or if you go for the 2a crossunder after 214a. Saw it used by that Sakuraba(i think) guy in the video thread first.

Ya, I was just giving examples of things you could get hit by (8f and faster) that you really don't want to be lol. I didn't say never to cc them, but you are in a worse position if you do then if you just let it end. It's ok for unpredictability's sake though. For reference ccing 5b leaves you at 0 instead of +1 no biggie and ccing 2b leaves you at -3 which is a big deal imo since ib gets you punished by normals and those frames are assuming first frame possible ccing. Not ccing them is much less possible to fuck up and safer.

A lot of people like to use 6c during a blockstring and then mixup with dp or dash or whatever after. This is generally the best place to start your own pressure. Even if you eat a dp once or twice, it's not a ton of damage generally so go for it. Just gotta read his followup. If they do dash followup you get free shit if you IBed 6c (hella easy).

Generally you can end a blockstring with a Charge Cancel, jumping, or 22c. 5c or 5cc are usually the best things to charge cancel. Generally don't charge cancel after 5b or 2b since it leaves you worse off frame wise than just letting the move end. 5a, 5b, 3c, 6c are your jcable normals on block. However, it is quite easy to get hit out of 5b>3c or 5b>6c if you get to predicatble with either or both. Same thing with ending with 22c, try to be farther away when you do it cause I'm pretty sure they can dp mash you out of it or even ib it and then you can get popped with an 8 frame move if they are in range. (Bang 5a, litchi 5a, ragna 5b for example.) Overall you have to mix stuff up and sometimes just stop the blockstring and block if they have a good reversal (or jump in Tager's case) since if you do anything after 5b they can ib it or the 5b and dp out if you don't give em some fear first. Show reversals some respect because people usually won't show you any as Tsubaki since you get like 2k if they fuck up the reversal.

214d and her followup normals are her best starters I believe. 100 p1 is what you want to look for in the frame data. Could probably do something like 214d>install>whatever or 214d>22d>6c>install>whatever. Pretty much just hit them with 214d and do a bunch of whatever and you'll do damage really.

Thanks to all he tourney organizers (TAO!, katana, aginor, spirit, tsubasa I think?) for a great tourney where everything got taken care of even if it didn't all go as planned. GGs to all I played, even if you took my money haha. Awesome top 8 for gg and bb. Very hype and exciting. All you stream watchers (I think I it was ~1200 for bb and ~700 for gg?) learn the games and fly your ass out to next evo please so we can make sf4 shit its pants a little. Run around with Bang and hit 5a or Ragna and hit 5b, then gatling through the rest of the buttons. So just to make sure, we have to be there before 11:30 to hand money and shit even if pre-regged right? Also Sims is prolly going for mb/gg and I'm bringing a friend for gg/bb so more people yay.

Silliest combo I could come up with. Not in any way practical. On Ragna at 34% life and starting position or so with 2 bursts/5charges/100 meter lololol: FC 6c>tk j.236c>5bb>214a>wall bounce 22c>dash 623d>j.214d>dash 236d>214d>22d>gold burst>astral Tried to basically use everything in an astral combo with all the fancy shit I could think of.

You act a certain way a few times and then act a different way when you need to. Like doing 2b>6b with Ragna a bunch and then doing like 2b>3c to catch them starting to block high.
