  1. oh, yeah. that does happen. it's easy enough to react to them being too high and do an aerial ender after 5c>2c. but aerial enders are ass in CSEX so that's a big loss.
  2. set the dummy to tech instantly and you'll understand why combos don't work easier. It's got nothing to do with the timing of the JCC though, whatever it is. I don't think I know any reason why 2cc wouldn't connect after a 5c following an IAD, except for proration, and, just not pressing the button quick enough.
  3. A Ragna->Jin migration guide wouldn't be a bad idea for the wiki either.
  4. I'm with Moy on this one. too much is overkill, the biggest beneficiaries of these listings are newbies. We want to make it as easy as possible for people to dump their characters and pick up Jin.

  7. 22d gives a LOT of charge and lets you convert into a 3cc combo. 5c>6cc>22d>5d>3cc>rc>5c>2cc>623C>whiff>J214D>JD>JC>5C>2CC>JC>JCC>J214D>6C>236236C>5557 Without 3c it's worse than just doing dp whiff straight off. 5c>6cc>22d>5d(.9 charge)>623C>J214D> etc ground ender is 3900 I think. dp whiff straight off is 4.1k I believe I think you're just not delaying long enough. j.236A is consistent.

  11. generally speaking I think mugen is a tool for combos : 1. only 1 charge, 2. many charges (4/5), 3. midscreen. 5c>6cc>22d is a great starter for a corner combo.

  14. Hey keebs, is that nerf separate from the universal system change? Which affects some chars more than others. I knew that Ragna's hell's fang gives abnormal amounts of heat but I didn't know there were any other moves like that. Did they ditch that behavior on stuff?
  15. one way or another, spinking has still played in 1 month what most of you play in a year (or more). That's some time to develop your game play. But yeah, maybe in a year he'll go up a tier to being at the last of B tier, like Tsubaki and Makoto in CSEX.

  19. it's not only barrierable, it doesn't drain any barrier like a crush trigger. During Mugen of course.. Outside of mugen it is just plus on block. Shit is totally useless.

  23. There's nothing wrong with DPing 3 times in less than 10 seconds, there's only something wrong with being predictable about how you DP. And it's all weighted by how much you get out of the DP and how much you get out of being punished for DP'ing. And when you have 2 charges, you get 2800 damage, and pressure, instead of being pressured. If you have 50 heat, it's not a waste of heat to spend it just to get pressure, assuming your DP is blocked. Tsubaki's DP of course has the problem that it isn't a guaranteed block, you can still IAD air throw etc it seems.
