Izayoi builds up meter by doing moves in normal mode, and then she can switch to her other mode, which then consumes the meter. I think it was the normal mode is long range, and the special mode is about quick moves with lots of movement...

I already mentioned that D attacks during OD are level G and not level 3. and meteor dive (2nd part of corona upper as I recall), and lightning arrow both bounce them off the ground during it. I think that's pretty neat, it's going to give probably pretty strong combos, damage and carry, probably, off of DP (during OD only), and off any starter I'm guessing too. People just haven't posted any combos yet, but I'm sure they'll be figured out.

Seriously need to just wait to see what else comes out, and think about whether the character is going to be more or less fun to play with the new tools given. Really, I don't think there's much chance it will be worse than CSEX.
