tsubaki is pretty crappy. the matchup is obviously bad. More than that I mostly don't play her much anymore except to mess around. mostly dislike the unique difficulty of blocking relius on netplay. And some stuff that shouldn't ever work, like mashing 2c out of block or hitstun.

So what I'm saying is just that with a shitty starter like that you only get more damage from mugen in pretty specific scenarios and you have to be aware of all of those factors when you do it. Including that you'll be able to kill with mugen and not without it. 5b>6c, 5c>6c are clear and obvious cases where you can get a lot out of mugen. And even if you do get more damage it's by like a couple hundred, usually. But if you don't have all of it down pat, you'll even lose damage by doing mugen. Mugen after four normals is so rarely a good idea...

he probably could've killed just by using his charge on 421d236d. doubt mugen is worth using off that starter.

Oh. Yeah those are still there. I think they are more on the order of just technically difficult than unusable in lag, now at least. Some of the combos people wanted to use in EX were very specific about the height at which the j2C hit. in CP I am mostly content to hit a 5cc afterwards or a BBL so it's not as bad. plus it's not bnb but a situational confirm now.

No... jC reaches deep vertically and has a lot of active frames. Used correctly it completely shits on Rachel's 6A. Because you can put it out very early, and beat the anti air out of startup if they antiair, while still hitting with the tail end of the active frames if they don't use it. Is it foolproof, no. It doesn't just 'force them to time their presses better', it *cuts down on the time they have to react to antiair*, making it much harder (or impossible) to antiair on reaction, forcing them to antiair by yomi, not by reaction. If you try to antiair on reaction, you get counterhit. so Yeah, J.C is an amazing jump in. I hardly try to contest it with Rachel because it is a losing game to do so.

so when something like this comes up I recommend going into training mode and testing. it might be that if you 6a, full recover, and press some 2as, you will pick up any rolls or quick wakeups if they do them, reliably. if you don't test you won't know.

In a sense we have the most official frame data we've ever had because the actual company listed frame data changes. Outside of that tho we have nothing. I haven't touched anything because I haven't known what the situation has been. But there are changes we can make.. The universal jump attack proration changes, each of the individual changes for each char, etc. Or hidden nerfs or things people have found it. Rachel's lotus is an F starter in 1.1, the frame data says N. Mook might have been wrong or it might have been a hidden nerf. If it were pre 1.1 I might've just updated it. etc.

I've never played you so I can't vouch for you. But all I've done was to shrink the list to 10, and then slightly order the reserves. didn't move any reserves up because I didn't know if they only signed up strictly to be a reserve. and I haven't ordered the main list, which we might want to do. Does anyone have a guess on how long this will take? Moy might be more likely to play if it goes late, or vice versa. If anyone has restrictions like that, say something?

moy is 95% likely to drop so we need at least 2 from the reserve list to go up to the main list.

Updated a bit. Couple people I know are europe so I'm tagging. Probably should use europe as reserve of reserves. Some others might be too. I can vouch for DarkRanger so I moved him up. Otherwise taken from mastatoken's list. Some of those names don't have ?s next to them so I don't know.
