just go into training mode and try doing combos off different strings. The number of normals is the simple way to know what will work.

The CP combo system is time based. How long it takes to get to a particular combo part determines how much hitstun deterioration you have at that point. if you do 4 normals before 22D certain things won't work. if you do 3 normals before 22d other things won't work. immediate confirms are important for doing real combos. and also for damage, since tsubaki normals have exceptionally bad damage and proration.

toan doesn't really play koko. anyway, looking for someone I can get in a lot of games with hopefully.

there aren't really good mugen combos off 3c. the best route would be 3cc>5c > mugen> Whatever

if you're looking at it from a perspective of growler does 600 damage and 720 does 5k you're doing it wrong. if you die if you don't growler and you die if you have growler baited. it's more just like a 50-50.

you don't even need to be mashing an attack button like that to tech. you can press a single button to tech if you decide you want to tech. if you get hit by something small, airhit 5a and think you might be able to tech, you could press a or b, you could also hold a button until you tech and then barrier. there's other stuff you can do. by always putting out a hitbox after you air tech you're seriously restricting your options. Are you sure you aren't just addicted to the really big random rewards. even if they are uncommon.

that's fine if that is what you want to do. to me it is annoying but something I can look at to say I need to mess up less and less. I dont' like to play the i know he's going to be mashing C so I'll specifically drop my combo to go for a FC thing.

I'm not really talking about roundstart 2c which is just a risky read, but rather mashing 2c in blockstun or hitstun. kind of a 'pray' option.
