it gets used early in some tsubaki combos, it can drop the damage by 300 or more even though the combo doesn't change afterwards at all.

75 P2 butchers damage pretty good if you aren't doing it at the end of a combo.

Yeah, you did a pretty good job putting into words just what is wrong with it. The thing is that it also seems like it is designed to get people to buy CP, and well, doesn't do anything to bolster sales of day 1 purchases I doubt. Why else does the story just go up to CP. It's like it is to set up CP. Budget is one thing, but there might also be time frame. It feels like it was made to try to meet the CP date. They really didn't spend any time on CT and it shows. And I don't think you can just take a game story and try to 1:1 adapt it to an anime, which is almost exactly what they are doing.

noel vs makoto definitely seems a lot better in CP. looks pretty even.

yeah, well the digital release is the straight 6800? yen retail price, whereas the physical copy sells for 5980 or whatever. But yeah.

between shipping and conversion it's probably $75 to get a physical copy. Digital copy is kinda rough if you get psn points from online stores. End up with left over points if you buy a 10000 yen card for 110 dollars, if you buy a 5000 and a 3000 you're still at like $90 and you'll have enough points just to get kokonoe probably. but if there are other DLC options you're out of luck probably. otoh if you get a physical copy and end up needing to get jp psn points anyway to get dlc stuff...

i'm on the fence on whether I should cancel my amiami order and go for play asia fedex, or go for the digital copy. oddly the digital copy is expensive if you don't split it.

i think a typical thing, if you just use a plain debit or credit card, is a 3% surcharge for currency change. don't quote me though but that's how it worked in the past for me. they might charge more if they know you play leagues this is by your credit/debit company though and not from the store as well
