Real talk time I mained Tsubaki in CS2 And you are right as fuck

Alcohol itself tastes awful -- unsurprising, considering it's a poison. Drinks with alcohol can taste pretty good, but they can taste like piss, too. Bad beer is godawful. Good beer isn't so much better, imo. Hard cider's alright. Malt beverages are alright. Well-aged liquor is top tier, though I've only had it once, and probably won't have it again for a while. (Too expensive.) Certain mixed drinks are also good. Can't say I've really had a lot of variety, but that's just my initial impression.

No one here? Everyone everywhere out drinking? ...Sounds like netplay should be tolerable tonight. GOING IN

Lord Knight's GAMEPLAY RELATED QUESTIONS ONLY thread (EX edition)

DP>Relius The Ragna matchup is basically "bait Inferno Divder hard" -
RCing after the last hit is just something to do Now, RCing the hit before the killing blow and taunting? That is disrespectful as fuck.
-
Ragna isn't that aggressive. Then again, I'm used to HVAkiha, and that's aggressive as shit
-
I kinda have this problem right now Since Tsubaki has become kind of disappointing, I've been going for a new main. Relius was alright, but he's better in theory than execution. I've done Ragna, and he was okay; I can sort of play him. Litchi is actually most promising, because fuck yeah okizeme charas and mixup options, but her exec is hard as shit compared to what I'm used to. I'm leaning towards Litchi, honestly, but keep falling back on Relius since I don't feel like I can do enough with Litchi to be effective yet

Here's a hint: If you want to be at plus and have time to charge at the end of your combo, just end in 22X. The point in using 2A is that it's a safety buffer. When you mash 2A, you're really mashing 1A -- which is basically an OS where you block if there's no gap and 2A if there is one. That doesn't work with 5A because lows are much more numerous than highs and also come out faster.

I think it's because I'm in housing intended for student use off campus. There's a ton of people living here who all probably use the internet pretty heavily, and I imagine there's only maybe one or two nodes for the entire place

Really, it is gonna be hard as hell. A one hit hitconfirm in a game with as low hitstop as BB is going to be nearly impossible. You're going to need to choose to autoconfirm into 236C when you think it'll hit, and just don't 5B at that range if you think it won't. There aren't tricks; it's really that hard. Learn the range on 214A and 5B, and switch between them accordingly. (It's worth noting that there's a deadzone where 5B won't reach but 214A comes out too slowly to be useful in neutral; avoid it like the plague.) Additionally, cancelling Ignis's returning from one attack into another Ignis attack to cover more space or lock down the opponent is really, really important for Relius neutral. 214A 214A, 214A 2D, 214A 4D, 214A 214C... using sequences like that can help you get in from longer ranges. Control airspace with 4D and 2C; you're better off on the ground in neutral unless you're in a matchup where being in the air is crucial. This is something you'll figure out with experience.

Melty is a godlike game and more people should play it EDIT: Also, negative shoutouts to comcast for being a shit ISP I'm the only person awake now and my ping is still berserk. Also, I got a result of 2.48 down on a speedtest after getting 12 down an hour before. What the shit?

EDIT: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF nevermind

The other people here are all watching a game, it seems like if the net is still clear when I'm done eating, anyone want to ft5 me

That part of VA that no one cares about (Western/Southwestern VA thread?)
Rhiya replied to Rhiya's topic in East Coast
Yeah, doesn't look like I'll be able to make it. I am going to be at Civil War, though. You can count on seeing me then. -
Why would you /want/ to CC 6A? You should be doing 5CC after to autoconfirm pretty much 100% of the time. It's real problem when you do blockstrings that rely on your opponent not getting hit to work
-
You can also not dash back in, and throw out a move with significant range and a smaller hurtbox. This catches people who try to mash your dash-in. I don't know if Tsubaki has any normals that qualify, though. 22X should probably work, but it doesn't have good options on block.
-
Nope. Ragna 22C>dash 5A wouldn't have worked in CS2 if there were (22C was +5, 5A has 5f startup)
-
It's how Ragna 22C>dash 5A links work. http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=Movement_%28BBCSE%29 It's right there.
-
I feel like pointing out that no sane person mashes with 5A because it requires you to stop holding downback
-
It's the only normal you can safely reset from. Charge cancel is more - than 6B, so I don't see why you'd think it's better. Maybe practice using advance input to dash out of 6B? If you input dash within 5f of the animation ending, it'll come straight out of the normal and you can 5a or 2a with no time spent on the dash you used to cover distance if it's a shorter dash.
-
I've had problems with netplay interpreting barrier as mashing before
-
I always expect that loop to only work 3 times because I'm used to Melty rules And then that Haz loop goes on for like six reps
-
Well, to be fair, EX Ragna is a buffed version of CS2 Ragna Meaning people have been playing against him for basically twice as long
-
Quick tip for Tsubaki: What's + on block -6B What's - on block -Everything else lolololol
-
speaking of ragequits my poor relius has 0 psr because the only person I won against ragequit ;_;
