  2. Just to say there is acctauly a situation where the game will allow you to reversal parry. So its not actually 100% all the time you can never do it. As a matter of fact I have even seen someone parry as a reversal while dizzy. How that happend though, I have no idea.
  3. anjis duck s, ky/robo ky slide, johnny sweep i think... Boy I dunno theres a lot of random moves, its been to long since ive played to remember everything. But yea slash hits a little lower and since its faster I gues its better against people trying to time there attacks at the later frames of course shrug.... And if you want to think of it in a ghetto way you can use it in a sence to try and get random damage since it stops being invincable right when it hits, so you use it to trade almost on purpose with some lowerish moves, so you get teh counter hit and then can tech into combo even with out counter hit. I think in AC slash hits you higher on counter hit as well then HS right?(again its been awhile)so in that sence I guess in AC.. and hrmm maybe its been taht way since even slash to... Ah...... So yea slash is good in the counter hit more so then hs? Blah thats enough rambling i guess... Oh and slash also you can link after in AC. So slash shoryuken to hit then land duck p. Its more combo video timeing though. But you can get it in some situations more realesticly. This is of course with out counter hit as well I mean...
  4. shoryuken should be really good option since you have FRC, so pretty easy to make safe assumeing you have meter of course. And tiger knee ride the lighting should be basicly 100% safe assumeing you time it as low as possible with no dust to say. Though dont forget that slash shoryuken hits faster AND lower then hs shoryuken as well. So in a sence there diff moves. A lot of moves that wiff vs hs, slash acctualy hits so...
  5. You can not get rid of the recovery to say. It will always be there till those frames are completed more or less, even if it doesnt look like it. Theres also ways when vsing ky etc useing proxemity blocking, as when you do the game bugs, and it keeps it forever untill the move causeing proxemity blocking is gone, allowing you to chose how your moves force a character to stand or duck..... But thats more complicated..... also acctualy bursts and other things acctualy allow... blah whatever.. im lazy.

  7. Im unsure of what your trying to say here. Ive posted almost everyusefull sol combo before anyone else has ever posted it... Not my fault every other page someone else is posting something as new when I already posted it. hell what the fuck some posts in that thread people were posting shit as new when I posted it way back in the begining of slash. Yawn.
  8. Acctualy you can do specials from the air auto gaurd. Also note though if you auto gaurd in this mannor certain moves will bug the game.

  10. Ummmmm in GG your considering both on the ground and the air when your low. So you can cancel to your ground specials whatever before you land to cancle your landing recovery.. Since potemkin is faceing the wrong way, he is basicly doing a air slide head. Shrug XX stuff. Same reason why you can alpha counter in the air, dust cancle,air throw, and ground throw moves at the same time. etc. Its acctualy pretty easy to do. Therotecialy you can instant kill with order sol off this in slash.. but... As for slide head, well same ol gg depending on when a move hits a person, where it htis whatever, changes the amount of stun it does yadda yadda. I know theres acctualy some ghetto combos like I posted way waaaaaay back that allow you to heat, RC, slide head, to combo that kinda stuff.... No one botherd to try though perhaps...
  11. umm yea old I posted about it before the game even came out that this stuff could most likely be done, and again when the game came out. shrug.. Also acctualy it works with other buttons to, you just press HS+ that other button, to buffer to the other moves. shrug

  14. ah....... All the combos I posted are to be done in a real match. Thats why I gave explinations and even put that video showing that you if you think you are to close can just delay the sweep from HS or whatever. To get to that point on the sweep.... And I also put diff varations etc etc whats easier if your in the corner or mid screen.... Ummmm.. yea... Plus didnt all chipp combos I posted already do in the 270-285 range anyway that I posted I thought. And its only 25% meter. So.... Ummm... yea........... Anyway I guess you said thread was of 5 pages was to big... so.... yea.... umm... Anyway
  15. Ah... yea I guess I could do that.. Umm *scratchs head* umm wait for me to play the game again to say so I can get a few more characters down to make it all one big thing maybe. As for the combo im personaly at least trying to stay away from 50% meter combos. I was more trying to find stuff with just 25% which is usualy at the ready.
  16. Umm its a infinite. Also it only works vs a few characters(zappa.. umm... ah... its been awhile since ive played.. I think maybe it was anji, johnny, and faust? thats it maybe),they have to be ducking, it has to be at a certain spot each time, and theres one other trick to it... But.................. Anyway yea, its deffintly not just a regular tiger knee fireball, f+hs. Theres deffintly a bit of skillizm to say in it. Its pretty hard whatever the case though, I know ive never personaly gotten over 40 hits with it. Its pretty hard to keep timeing it, especialy considering stagger. Cuz if your off by even just a bit you can mash out of it with a regularish shake.

  18. Random notes since ill just use this as "my" thread to say. And I dunno if I will type that one thing yet... Anyway umm yea random combo vidoe notes since ive been thinking of makeing a video again. Vs may and aba standing f+hs links after orb standing, and vs may it links on her ducking. Also vs eddie you can hit a shoryuken(no lighting javilon), then link duck p anywhere on the screen.
  19. Well to me 7-3=rape... And 8-2= is unwinnable. And in a game like GG, where you can die in 2 combos/mix ups etc. I dont see how a unwinnable match up is possible. Rape I can understand. But something like 8-2 no. Plus all the ky crap in slash was bs to me anyway, ky never won any big tournies in slash ever, even chipp won a big tourny in slash. But kys never won shit for him being the "best". Also although I dont watch everything ive seen more matchs of robo ky beating ky in slash then ky beating robo ky. Wasnt there even some big team tourny in japan at acho where the robo ky team beat the ky team? Anyway........
  20. umm ive never seen ky ever with a 6.5 match. Even in slash I dont recall seeing ky vs dizzy a 6.5 and thats when he did have the "trap", and that doenst work anymore in AC. So how the fuck ky can have a match where its almost rape. I dont see.
  21. Well your probably just nervous/harder time reacting to it or something especialy since your playing kenji. Kenji was/can probably be again one of the 3 best in the game period. So its only natural that you probably get nervous/stutter a bit when you hit it maybe or something to that exstent when your playing him. Less oppertunties to hit it vs someone so good. So when it does come more easy to miss I guess. I get nervous all the time even when me and kenji played back that one time durning the summer, id hit the set up for a instant kill combo with sol, and then drop it half way through or something. So if thats whats happening it happens to everyone.. Just gotta practice more or stick to something easily.. Say I know the f+hs air dash ones you can miss if you stutter to much on the f+hs... So maybe just stick to something more easy. Or only go for it in the corner. And the corner one is really easy. Just f+p, s, duck hs, super jump. Dont even worry about jump installing just take it easy or something. JI version only does a few points more... And if its easier for you to remmeber just one timeing for fireball, remember that im pretty sure slash works on everyone in the corner off the top of my head.. SO maybe just stick with that one shrug.
