If they know the match-up they won't get hit with a Non-full charged 6C, its really fucking slow so when it hits they would drop their pad/stick in burning shame, maybe if it got sped up but then Carl would have "legitimate mixups" alone. Mashing is a good point though, mash techs are OP.

If you got hit by 6C, you most likely will not be paying enough attention to E-tech.

Zoog is right, Carl will still be better than half the cast as long as 2D is an overhead and 3D is a low. The 66-air attack thing sounds retardedly good. I'm really just pissed Anima STILL isn't armoured. COME ON BRO, That would make it so much more usable.

Relius's j2C isn't as cool or as funny-looking as I thought. If consoles don't get the new version can we say they have ED? Carl can dash-jump. I haven't seen anyone else do it so now it's out there. Dash jumps.

I only used 3D for unblockables and ninja lows so the only thing that really matters to me is that if I hit them and they are standing or crouching they will remain that way. Does Relius bounce during his j2C too, because my mental image for that is so lulzy.

Most of the time, IB backdash+Volante, cuz it has some Iframes and beats throws so you can troll block strings while you troll Tap 720's/troll gadget finger. IB Vivace should be used to get out of corners or hide behind Ada.
