I have a feeling it would have done less damage, and if the damage difference is that significant, then there is a reason to definately use 3CC - RC in combos if we can. 3CC seems to have really good proration both for P1 and P2. 3C© also seems to be extremely good because we can get a double IAD combo into around 4.6k w/o stock, but of course, how likely is that?

Lol. It's funny because I was just talking to someone who said it's only a matter of time before someone has the whole world in their handles. Just HD suits me perfectly though. Lmfao Thanks for trying them out though. I swear if I hear Mugen again 5BB - 5CC - 623C - J.214A(w) - HJ.C - J.214D - 6CC - 236D - 5C - 2CC - 22C - 5C - 2C - 236B - 214B - 22B should technically award Tsubaki with 4K in the corner, but apart from that I haven't seen any other stuff really.

I'm gonna move it here Dusk. EX Tsubaki has corner carry from her throw now meterless and stockless. She can also get 3K from a corner throw; again meterless and stockless. Would you agree that she has some oki after that? (Though I like how I'm placing an emphasis on her throws. Can't really comment much on anything else though; self explanatory) But yea, I can see your point.

Yup. I'm specifically referring to both of the combos you mentioned. Although they're not of common starters, they're still something which can be added to our arsenal. The damage of the fatal was decent, considering it was midscreen too. The damage of the 5C CH combo was alright, for a corner combo.

While I don't blame you Dusk, I just want to point out that the reason I made that statement was not because Tsubaki won. It was actually because the player managed to pull of 2 new combos, both of which, help to try and expand our options on combo potential.

3C can be used to get FCs but in many cases in the videos it just looked like he was randomly throwing them out. There were multiple times where he got punished or COULD HAVE gotten punished. This is a bad influence, lol. I'd think 3C is more viable because it seems to give us better combo options when we score FCs. With stock it'll be even more beneficial.

With the recent exposure of some combos from players I think I have a few ideas on some combos. First off, apparently 623B - J.214A(W) - 5C works. If that is the case, could you test to see if: 5BB - 5CC - 623B - J.214A(w) - 5C - 2CC - 236B - 214B - 22B works. How much damage does it deal? If the above combo works, could you extend it to: 5BB - 5CC - 623B - J.214A(w) - 5C - 2C - J.C - J.236D - J.214B(or C) - 6C - 236B - 214B - 22B. Again if it works could you fill me in on the damage please? I'm really just trying to find a new bnb that's not the whole 5BB - 2BB - 5CC shizz. I have a feeling my combos may lead to blue beats, but this wouldn't be the case If only we knew the P2 of 623B... Could you also test to see if the following works: 5BB - 2C - 214D - 2CC - IAD J.CC - 5C - 2CC - 236B - 214B - 22B In the corner: 5BB - 5CC - 623C - J.236A(w) - J.214D - JD - (near land) - JC - 5C - 2CC - 22C (or the 236B/C - 214B/C - 22B/C ender)

I agree with you that it is nice to see some of her moves becoming more useful, and because of that, like Bat pointed out, I can definately see myself using it more often. It will definately open up alot of combo routes and I can't wait for them to be explored.

Don't worry about it. I wasn't trying to hotspot you. I was just curious. I don't think a new thread should be created until the US gets it like you said though. The 236C - combo doesn't work because 236C has been hit harder in regards to proration. It'll most likely have to go: 236C - 5BB - 5CC - 6BB - stuff, or if you can't use 6B we'd have to just go directly to the special ender finisher. 6B in that case though can be used as an extremely weak reset (Extremely weak because players should be blocking low after a 5C anyway), and even then it's not like we'd be able to get much from it unless we were in the corner or unless some new options have been discovered. For now, most of the beginner combos would still apply, and this below combo can be added to the list on EX combos: Corner Throw - 6CC - 236C - 5C - 2C - 236C - 214C - 22C The combo that Kuresu used on Hima could be added as well but I'd like to see how much further we can go with that combo and research on what other things could be mixed in. Though, I figure it's too early to be talking about this.

236C confirmed to prorate more now since 236C - 5A - 5BB -2BB - 5CC - 6B didn't work.... Lol @ Litchi high jumping out of 6A.... I would love to see the frame data for EX Tsubaki.

Tiers don't phase me fortunately. Most of the time I don't even follow them because I'd like to have explanations which are not provided. I just use Tsubaki because when I saw BBCS she was the only character that interested me because of her difference in playstyle, I like her attacks and her character design. If she becomes broken tier; don't care. If she becomes shit; don't care. As long as I'm having fun with her that's what counts. I'm still quite salty about 'blowing people up' but that's a different story which I've revisited too many times :v I can respect Dusk's thought on not wanting to use Tsubaki, but does that mean you don't like working hard? Btw, I'm going to state in advance that you shouldn't take this the wrong way. I'm merely curious. Really? I thought the damage was fine.

I'll keep you informed of when the next one is happening, but if you want to attend a tourney, the next one is the revolution tournament.

When it comes to videos with only one match in it, there is always one thing I constantly look at before the match begins. The duration. When it is short like that you know something is terribly wrong. Thanks for those PK.
