  4. CONTENTS 1.) Intro and General Information 2.) Magarudyne Input Tips 3.) Main Combos 4.) Fatal Counter Combos Credits to: C0R xololxlolx Dakanya Elochai Eshi bace General Information This thread is for posting any and all combos for Elizabeth. This thread will be updated continuously over time so all contributions are welcome. Elizabeth has far too many combo variations and so I will aim to keep the combo list small and concise to avoid overwhelming you guys. The combos will only serve as a guide and overtime when you get used to them you'll be able to decide for yourself which combos best fit you. If you would like to look for further combos, please be sure to look at the combo videos in the video section. Remember that Elizabeth does not gain any SP from combos but accumulates SP through her Invigorate ability. Please also note the following: j.C enders can be followed up with 236X. Any combo involving a throw, 2C or 5D/j.D will inflict fear. Any combo with 236AB involved will inflict paralysis. Elizabeth can inflict more than one status effect at a time. In the corner, you can followup 236AB with 5C instead of 5B. Part of a combo in brackets such as (2B > 236D > 2A), indicates that it could be omitted and ignored. Magarudyne Input Tips D.Garu combos have different followup timings depending on what character you are fighting against but it would help if you did a smooth half circle back motion starting from 9 to 2. For clarity, please follow the information here in the Magarudyne section. [*]Against Akihiko, Yosuke, Naoto, Elizabeth, Labrys, and Shadow Labrys you can just hold [2] during the D.Garu. Input 2A ASAP when you land and continue the combo. [*]For Teddie, you you go 8>2 at a 4:6 ratio, I.E 40% of the move is [8], 60% is [2]. They rate this as pretty easy. Example [*]For Aigis, it's the same as the input for Teddie, but it is a little more strict. Example [*]For Chie, you do [8~2] at a 50/50 ratio, but this is pretty difficult to do and will take some time to get used to. Example [*]Mitsuru and Yu are also slightly awkward, and it is highly recommended that you use the [neutral~2 method], but you can do 8>2 if you find that easier. [*]For everyone else you let the D.Garu go up in neutral and then hold [2] about halfway through. You can also take a look at this Garudyne combo explanation by Pulsr. As you can see, Magarudyne loops can be fairly tricky and unstable on certain characters. However, if Liz gets a fatal counter hit (usually with fear), she has a much easier loop that works on every character for slightly less damage: 2B > jump cancel forward > jB > 236D > Hold 2. In the corner, she can jump cancel back after 2B instead. [video PENDING]
  5. Discuss gameplay related stuff here. Elizabeth has not changed since the patch in terms of playstyle and combo, but she did get buffed! Here are the changes that have taken place: Elizabeth Changes = Icon: Icon position has been adjusted + Agidyne [214C or D] (C, D version): Elizabeth’s recovery time is shorter + Memento Mori [214214C or D]: Lowest guaranteed damage increased from 30% - 50%

  8. No problem. I do not think you can do it twice but I usually end the combo with j.214C > RC > j.C > j.236A > j.214C. So the full combo would be: 22D > 6CC > 236C > 5C > 2CC > j.C > Dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C > RC > JC > 2C > j.C > Dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C > RC > j.C > j.236A > j.214C.
  9. Thanks Daedron for pointing that out and Rednova for providing the link! I'll update it.
  10. Dat swag haha. For the combo, you need to do j.C > Dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C > RC > JC > 2C > Air combo (To be specific the combo I tested this from was 22D > 6CC > 236C > 5C > 2CC > j.C > Dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C > RC > JC > 2C > j.C > Dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C, but you would like without stock, so I'm sure you could do it off 5C CH > 6CC > Stuff, 6CC > Stuff and the like). Remember you have to double jump and do j.CC and not simply j.C > j.236A > j.214C > RC. The JC > 2C link has done to be done smoothly too otherwise it'll blue beat. If the opponent isn't high enough, j.C will not connect, and if the combo is heavily prorated, the air combo or the 2C may not connect. There is no need to use j.B because it damages the combo potential. I hope that helps dude.
  11. No. The US/EU do not take precedent over JP tier lists afaik, and also if there was a new tier list, it would save time if I edited my first post, rather than making a completey new thread which is essentially regarding the same thing. Ofc, this may be subject to change depending on any special circumstances that can arise.
  12. Kouhatsu http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_yxR0uD260
  13. j.236C (TK236C) isn't an overhead unfortunately. I used to do that setup, it's soooo risky, especially if you go into 6A. I usually get thrown out of it.
  14. SolxBaiken, I think you ought to take the anger somewhere else. This is not the first time you have reacted to something like this. Whether people want to import or not shouldn't give you an excuse to get your blood boiling as it is not affecting you, unless you are the mother of someone here perhaps? In that case, let me take this opportunity to apologise. Let's not forget for example that there are those in the US who may have an EU PS3, meaning they'll have to wait till the EU release, which does not even have a confirmed date. Sure Zen are working towards getting it out at the end of August, and I am positive there are a lot of people who are grateful that they are working hard to try and get it as close to the US date as possible, but like I said, it's not a confirmed date. This is also why many europeans import games, and that is why: I feel that this statement shows a very one dimensional mentality. Afaik no one is complaining here, and what you're unintentioanlly trying to do is to start a war here. Don't post here unless you have anything productive to say. For you to say that people are not appreciative of what Atlus is doing is pretty much a bunch of BS.
  15. Thanks for that. I'll update it with that and the setup that 2link (still needs experimenting) gave later. Edit: Done.
  16. Nah you don't fake switching sides, but here ya go. You could probably come up with something spiffy with that. I use it ocassionally and it works.
  17. Uh, well, I use 5A after a 22X knockdown in the corner. It's like the way Kuresu used 5C after 22X knockdown except 5A always works. The mixup only comes in if they tech. They'll be in the air if they tech, so you can go for a 2C air unblockable. If they begin to barrier block you can go for a 2B/6A/Unblockable/Air grab mixup. Not sure if you like. I also use 236D > RC > 5A/5C against opponents in the corner, where I still end up behind them. I'm not sure why that works though.
  18. If you get a CH 22D in the corner, before doing 6CC you could dash a little and then input the followup. The dash helps to push them into the corner to prevent fail in followups.
  19. Easy for you to say since you're in the US haha. Glod I deleted your post because it would be better to wait for an official statement/confirmation, and not go by a forum post. If anything, you can continue the discussion here. Not to mention Wander already posted it here anyway. Something like this, but even this is just speculation.
  20. Maybe I'm just missing it, I'm usually not very good with these things. I'll let you guys handle this.
  21. Got ya down, and it's nice to see ya! You live in FL too? Nice.
  22. I would like to experiment with this but I failed. What I wanted to try was this: Corner 6CC > Gold burst x2 > Mugen > 236D x 10 > 22D > 5D > 3CC > RC > 5D > 5C > 2C > Whatever I was trying to double mugen combos with 214D but doing 22D > 5D (full charge) > Mugen > 623D is tricky (or impossible).
  23. Lol Adam, you'll play that card huh? I'll add you tomorrow. I need to use barrier more against Bang. Astral Heat Kiba (TS) vs DragonlordZ (BA) (Cont) - Oh look more Bang! I tried TGR's trick and failed, ha.
  24. When you baited the DP a better punish than 5B would've been 5C > stuff or 3C FC. Also, avoid using the air combos if you can not finish them off with j.214D. You would be in a better offensive position if you ended with the 236X > 214X > 22X. Lastly just out of curiousity, why do you use 236A > 214A in a combo when you hit Litchi crouching? It may have been better for you to use 236C > 214C > 22B. It's not that much of a big deal, but the C versions give you a little more damage, and the 22B ender has better recovery than 22A.
  25. Thanks dude! Valkenhayn SMP Combo - アークソ ( A-kuso)
