Great. Nothing comes to mind atm, but I'm interested in what more you have to say about Elizabeth. Fantastic.
-
I, don't think you can use Diaharan twice after EX Bufu. I'm sure they break out before you can attempt to do it again, and if the time taken to break out of EX Bufu was that long, it'll be really good for Liz to basically get her health back. This is definately good to know because I believed that Naoto had an easy answer to Elizabeth's Thanatos pressure. 2C also leads into really good damage so thanks for that.

Oh fairplay there TGR.
-
You think Liz is braindead? How so?

Bear in mind that's a pre patch combo video and so some of the combos there may not work now. Try this instead: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdolYHL7EO0

NP Mightfo. TD thanks. I don't actually have that video, I'm quite surprised. I'll get that match and the others included in the vid thread! Edit: Turns out I only had two of the vids, but I didn't have the rest.
-
Yes. That one for example. Alternatively you can go into the video thread and use ctrl + F, type in Kyou, and there should be like 6 videos of his gameplay.

7/21/12 Athena Nihonbashi Valvatorez (RG) va Valkenhayn Valkenhayn vs Carl

I did but I removed it because TD's information is way better. Though I saved the combo information Koichi wrote in the data thread. On a side note, I do not believe Koichi uses Liz anymore, and last time I saw him he was using Aigis. That or he's just gone into hiding with Liz. Giovanni has said how I also feel about most of the Liz players autopiloting 5CC and stuff, which is why Kyou really stands out. He's exceptionally good, and that's how I feel one could be aspiring to play like. I personally feel that while Elizabeth's combos are hella fun, she's hard to use. Done gathering the rest of the Yukiko matches. Now I just need to update the thread and stuffs.

You don't have anything to fear against Tsubaki. Since you use 4B to much react to anything, I don't see why you can't do it during charge cancels. I also don't know why you're getting hit by 6B after 5C. This may be because you're trying to jump. The worst you have is the unblockable and you can still react to that with 4B. During your pressure I just IB > DP where necessary. It is not annoying me. I can punish the jump out attempts. I am trying to get him out of this bad habit. I am just one voice but in the end do what you want Hex.
-
Late, but thanks BatousaiJ, I'll try and see if I can get around to playing them, if possible lol. GGs to Hex. Your 4B nonsense needs to stop, and you need to stop jumping out of my pressure so much.
-
Yea seriously. I'm surprised I do not see Sweep > 2D used more often as a combo ender. Guaranteed poison whilst retaining the pressure advantage.
-
Kamoihito lol. He's pretty cool. He did cool things with Relius and Naoto too. I made sure to list those combos in the combo thread just in case. The 4.9K corner combo is especially good. I am also looking forward to creating some mixup after B.Bufu, and Garu > OMC > JA/2A. You could probably create some decent mixup using B/SB > Zio > OMC > high/low mixup like the way Yu can do it after Ziodyne > OMC, though of course it's not as strong.

GGs dude. But you left me alone online. I'm playing.

Sup, good to see you here. I seem to be everywhere these days.

Skyll and Chronoxir play on XBL and I do not have an xbox unfortunately. There are a few good players in the EU though, but I admit it's getitng hard to play against them nowadays since they're barely online. I usually do think about how I'm going to burst and it's usually momentum based, though against you I think it should be a staple. There were times where I said to myself I should burst to avoid the corner carry, since that's what gets me the most really, but I didn't. I think I burst a little late in that I end up having two bursts for one round. While that isn't bad I know myself and I know I'll end up using one of them in such a way that, makes me lose the match because low health makes it predictable (I am very stingy with my bursts), or I burst fine but then I'm left with one primer. I'll learn, eventually. Like I said before I just need to keep playing you guys. I just hope you guys had some sort of fun playing me, and I look forward to when we have to play next.
-
Yea, though I do it even if I win in sessions. Heck I even do it mid match. (which falls into the fact that I think too much). Thank you.

And despite what I said before, I figure I could mention it here since I would like to get some sort of help if possible. I was particularly disappointed with my matches for several reasons. Tsubaki not having great pressure doesn't phase me since I'm pretty used to it so it's bigger than that. My main problem is that I do not follow my first instincts. There were a few times where I said to myself, don't burst, but then I still did it anyway, and I don't even know why. I'm usually right with my instincts but I fail to follow it. I've been trying to, but it hasn't been working out. I'm usually playing people in the EU so I notice the level difference, it'll take some time to get comfortable against playing with you guys. I expected that, but I didn't expect to lose in some matches that badly. I do not think I've ever underplayed like that before. Everytime I did dash 6A/6B against you guys, it was accident. It was supposed to be dash 5A/CA, so when you got those CHs I was upset because dash overhead was not my intention. I understand that 6B comes out when characters jump cancel stuff though so I'm not bothered about that really. 236C/6C in neutral was also misinputs which usually led to me losing the matches even quicker. I dunno if you guys noticed, but I'm pretty stingy with my bursts for good reason. I usually regret any bursts I take which is why sometimes I pretend they're not even there. You and LK burst pretty quickly which put me off guard, even if I wasn't getting decent damage or corner carry. I dropped quite a lot of combos which was saddening too. Honestly I think against you TD, the only thing I really did was sub par mixup and my combos were good, but against LK, I barely did anything even when I had the advantage. There was a point he literally sat there blocking and even with the upper hand I felt like I was running out of pressure options. I just need to: -Follow my first instincts which I keep saying I would but I don't. I'm not sure how to go about this. I'm too individualistic about situations like this but I'll try and play you guys more to get used to it. I feel I adapted to you guys pretty quickly but that made me lose a lot of offensive options in the process. -Burst quicker. I just want to avoid getting burst baited so much that I don't even really use my 2nd burst. I should burst to really avoid the corner carry or oki, but I don't. -Stop thinking too much. When I'm hitting or getting hit I get mixed messages in my head which is why something random usually comes out by accident. Just need to keep calm. It's not even a tournament, but I was pretty excited that I got to play people like you. Also I need to constantly tell myself that everyone makes mistakes and dropped combos are fine (but I let myself down a lot). Ultimately, I'm a salty dawg right now, as usual, but I need to play you guys more if I ever want to accomplish these things and feel better about myself. You can see that I can be a little critical of myself too. I have high standards of myself not only as a tournament player but also as the guy who helps the other Tsubaki players when necessary. Sure I'm looking forward to playing you guys again but unfortunately I cannot guarantee that I will play my best despite my countless efforts. If any of this doesn't make sense I apologise but I hope you guys can see where I'm coming from. Anyone who knows me may realise this isn't like me and I'm being more open than usual, but I would like some help.
-
I just feel I was very sloppy really. My performance was a little poor. That's just the basis of this, I'm trying not to turn this into an essay like I usually do. Lol.
-
GGs to LK and TD. Thanks for putting up with me guys. Glad I got at least 1 bar with those from NY. If you guys don't mind I will surely love to play you again next time. You guys are great. Thanks TD, but after those matches I feel otherwise.

I'm online if anyone wants to play, just send me an invite. I don't care about the location lol.
