Charge a small venue fee (3 bux would be good since you're only running 1 game) and make sure the entire entry fee for the game you're running goes to the players. 70% for 1st, 20% for 2nd, 10% for 3rd. This is standard tournament practice, and what you're suggesting above along with the fact that you're not using suitable TVs will make absolutely sure that your tournament will fail.
