It will say plus on the title screen if it's indeed AC+. To be honest, the normal AC (with no +) is much better; it's the closest to the arcade of any of the home versions.

For the record, this is not a glitch. When you get grabbed and the throw knocks you down, you're not cornered, no matter where you are. Other characters (like Axl) can take advantage of this property off of airthrows and such. Not that anybody is reading this anymore, just felt like pointing it out.

I disagree completely here. Anji and I-no can both fight May, it's just harder because they can't use their normal gameplan to do so. I-no has AA options (6P and airthrow) and can zone May with notes to keep her out, and if May gets knocked down then she's just another character without a DP to I-no. The Anji fight feels like 6-4 at worst...I've never understood how a smart Anji would do so badly. May excels at punishing stuff that Anji shouldn't be doing in the first place (random Fujin stuff, etc.). The only fight I can see in this game being worse than 6.5-3.5 is Eddie v. Pot. Moroha + how-to-rave assist would have won Evo foh sho.

I still play the game a bit, but assorted bullshit is keeping me from doing any extensive traveling until Evo.

What Kys are doing anything risky to begin with? Risky Ky = bad Ky the vast majority of the time. He's safe as hell and should be played that way, especially vs. May, cuz she has a bitch of a time hitting him if he's just sitting back and zoning. If you get 50%, then you have a chance to do damage by FBing in, and if you're wrong then you put yourself in his ideal range where he has answers for everything you do. This fight sux. 6-4 Ky imo.

Nonsense. We need a good Robo to fight, and you definitely fit that bill. You're always welcome to come play when we gather.

I mean, the advantages AB has in this match are kinda obvious. Range on the ground is totally in her favor, and it's hard to jump on her. Hoops are the way to go here, along with baiting/punishing Danzai effectively. You either want to be far away with a hoop up, or directly in her face so that OHK is threatening her. At that point you pressure with JC-able normals, so that if she uses Danzai, you can see it, JC, and FD. Ideally you want to get the final knockdown with OHK, since when you do that the IK is completely unburstable (cuz u can't burst throws). I'll post more on this when I get time to do so.

Just out of curiosity, which Mays other than myself are going to SB3?

j.S should beat it clean, due to it pointing so steeply downwards. This is one of May's most underrated normals imo.
