I didn't expect him to immediately change once he broke free of Yukianesa; it'd make sense that he's not entirely out of it. It'll probably fade out as CP goes on.
-
Kotaku article. Fucking lol'd. That's like using an article from the National Enquirer as factual evidence for a term paper.
-
One would think it'd be best not to question some of the crazier parts of the time travel, like the original timeline or all the paradoxes and such. Just roll with it until there's something official or the series ends and they're unanswered; at least then there'll be less to speculate on (or more, given this series.)
-
Unlikely. They already had Tsubaki and Litchi do that; it's getting old. Plus, Makoto knows how they work; she wouldn't go over no matter what.
-
Relius could be a lying prick.
-
Too bad. It always felt more like Makoto stopped hating humans, but Relius did his mind-rape thing to make her believe she still hated them. At least, that's how it seemed.
-
It's Gary Stu, moron. And I think somewhere Mori said that there's a good reason for why Azrael is as strong as he is, and he has some pretty big importance to the plot, so we'll probably find out in the console version
-
Probably because Noel was never truly finished; she got Take-Mikazuchi'd before they could finish her, resulting in her just being for all intents and purposes a normal human. Then Hazama did complete her, but Ragna 're-tempered' her in the end, which I assume is what allows her to be Mu and have free will now. Rachel, no. And why Kokonoe? There's no reason at all she'd sacrifice herself or have a death scene honestly.
-
Wouldn't be the first time a character said that's the only way to do something, and then somebody else pulls an alternate method out of their ass. Remember how Rachel said that fixing Noel when she first became Mu was impossible, and Ragna would have to kill her, only for Ragna to sacrifice his arm to 're-temper' her and make everything okay? Wouldn't surprise me if they do the same with Jin and Izayoi. Or Noel and Izayoi. Personally I'm hoping for Noel saving Tsubaki; it'd be nice to see a change from her being the damsel in distress to her being the one getting shit done.
-
If you seriously think she'd screw with the boundary like she has for Arakune for Bang, Carl, or Taokaka, then I'm honestly impressed, because that is completely absurb. He's clearly more than just a friend to her. In short, pretty much what Chaoschao said: Also: Aha. Ahahaha. Ha. Hell no, I'm not him.
-
Probably just her being a naturally caring person, and her loving Lotte/Arakune. She wouldn't go to the lengths she would for him for just anybody.

I got the feeling that they didn't put the Imperator into Saya's body, but rather they just messed with her head and made her who she is. Especially considering she gave Yukianesa to Jin before he went psycho-crazy. Though I'm not denying that the Imperator possessing her is much more likely. I just like the idea of it being Saya herself much more. I feel like the image of Terumi standing behind him isn't how it literally looked, but it was just there to emphasize things or just for visual candy. Not to mention, even if Terumi was present and Ragna could see him, that means he didn't possess Jin but he still managed to actually convince Jin to do all that, or even if not, made it damn well look like it. It's pretty logical that Ragna would blame him for being persuaded to do all that. And if Terumi WAS possessing him, well...that just makes the blame on Jin all the stronger. Doesn't really matter now though since Ragna knows it wasn't Jin. We're discussing the mysteries of the series that we're hoping CP's story will take care of; that IS related to CP's story completely. Learn to read, Blade 2.
-
No, if you recall, Jin himself said that Terumi had nothing to do with it (it was either in CS or towards the end of CT.) And I could've swore Ragna had no idea that Terumi was really the one who made Jin do it until CT's end. Or even had any idea who Terumi was. I think he went after him in the end of CT because he just then found out who Terumi was.
-
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't weren't they all failures? If I recall correctly, when Makoto went to Ibukido, those were the bodies she saw in her Story Mode. That seems far too simple for BB, and just a bit...weird, for Ragna. There's probably more to it than that. That sounds nothing like Terumi at all. And completely clashes with his 'world of lies' speech.
-
For once, I agree with a Vulcan post. But I always just assumed it was what mAc said; he's so strong that even at this little power he can equal them.
-
I swear to God, if people start actually believing that Terumi is Susanooh himself because of this thread, I'm going to have an aneurism. Wait...so their armor is just Hihiirokane armor, and the girls themselves are the Noxes? Interesting... God, I love BB to death but the storyline is going to tear my brain a new asshole.

That is one helluva lie.

[CP] News & Gameplay Discussion (Old)
Orihalcon replied to kosmos badgirl's topic in BlazBlue Gameplay
It's just like that Platina idiocy all over again! Well, not exactly like it. But similar. That aside, Amane looks the most fun; it'd be nice to see some more of him in matches instead of Bullet and Azrael everywhere. I do enjoy watching Bullet matches though. Granted it's a lot of the same stuff over and over, but she looks fun, so I don't mind. -
God, 'narm' is an idiotic word. There's got to be a better phrase out there. It sounds weird at first of course, but you get used to it with time. I think it's fine, but if they can find something better, cheerio.
-
We were referring to the 'console-only character', not the purple. But she would be pink though.
-
Right. And Kokonoe.
-
Considering we all knew that Izayoi was a prototype and thus probably Number 00 for some time now, I don't understand why people would think it's Saya. They wouldn't be announcing what was said to be a console-only character right now anyways. And as for the purple, that's probably just to symbolize Noel VS Tsubaki. Because Noel's associated with blue and Tsubaki with red, etc. Then again one could say the same for Ragna and Jin, but it makes more sense for Noel and Tsubaki.
-
Pretty much this. I think the "Number 00 and..." thing was just referring to Izayoi, given how immediately after it showed her. Don't read into it too much, guys.

This is true, but it's highly possible that the spell could still be her Astral, considering it seemed to be some high level magic. And it'd probably have a different name or similar if it were designed solely to seal the Black Beast. It's just speculation though; I personally won't be heart-broken if her Astral is something else. Also, I feel both ways about Kokonoe being playable. I believe she fits more as a behind the scenes character, but I don't think it's out of character or ill-fitting at all for her to finally jump in the fray herself and be playable. We know she's more than capable of fighting and all her other options have run out; it makes perfect sense for her to be playable like the others are saying. Though again, if she ends up non-playable still, I won't sob over it. Also if she's stepping in, it's highly likely that she's given up on the whole 'never use magic' thing. She's a pragmatic character to not cling to some vow like that if it means Hazama and the others overpowering her, her comrades, and succeeding with their plans. She DID attack Tager in CS. Girl's got potential.
-
Oh, they are? I read somewhere that they were one and the same. Ah well, my bad. But I still maintain that Infinite Gravity will probably be her Astral.
