If you're not using at least one gold burst per game- Doing it wrong. IAD gold burst cross over to win games is pretty damn amazing.

If you have a charge you can go for dash 5C > 2C > 214D > IAD combo. If you've got a charge and meter, you can go for a sexy 5CC > Mugen combo for massive damage. Dash 5C > j.BB > j.c > dash 5C > j.BB loop works on ragna as well if you've got no charge to work with.

Ya, LV5's playstyle and mine are very different. He's super aggressive and I'm more a balanced with a lot of gimmicks. You played Ivan, the other purple Tsu. Ya, I was surprised to see another Tsu player, much less one using my colors too. I didn't end up playing you since you were always playing when I wasn't and vice versa, aha. Next time, though.

I'm 50/50 on this event so far but definitely want to go. If I do go, I might grab a room to stay there for the duration- if so, I'd be willing to let someone stay with me provided they're good people and assure me that they don't snore~

Haha, the recovery isn't that fast Bibi. You have time to dash in and get a 2/5A in no problem without instant blocking after we landed. Just don't go for something crazy like 2C and don't take your time dashing in after blocking and you'll punish it with ease. I'm the purple Tsu you played at ECT btw if you didn't know.

Canceling into j.236D/j.236D is still very punishable if they see it coming after you do it a few times. The best thing Tsu's DP has going for it is that it's not CH state afterwards and recovers rather quickly so people assume they'll be able to dash in and try to get a big starter will find that we're already blocking at that point. Honestly, I'd have no complaints about the DP if it didn't have that really obnoxious dead zone which makes a terrible to throw out if your opponent knows how to bait it properly. That OS not only lets them stay in our face but also beats our A DP for free which is really god damn annoying.

GGs to zeth and training dummy for some matches. I'll catch LK later for some matches. Slowly getting used to netplay and my LCD again. Feels kinda like fighting underwater but it's manageable. I really should only play on the Asus for my execution sake but it feels like such a waste to not use the TV when I've got it. I'll readjust to monitor before NEC or something <_<. Why you never Lazy Casuals with me, bro. We would have the best times.

Just got back home from day 2 which I didn't think I'd actually go to but luckily my schedule opened up. Shoutouts to Mashy "I placed 3rd at ECT but got my stick stolen" John for doing well in ECT and coming so far from being so god damn free just months ago. I'm so proud. Shoutouts to GGJ AKA Cir "I press buttons when I jump in on you" no for some really funny casuals and generally being a good sport with all the nonsense I was throwing at his ass. Shoutouts to CANA "yes, we're really that stereotypically nice" DA for showing up and providing some solid competition. Shoutouts to Li "I don't confirm 6A into hotenjin" ch for some fun locals and being so Japanese and finishing combos despite being so white. Shoutouts to Omni "at least you don't call me ice cube" sscyte for repping that low tier low and sticking with his guns while winning skullgirls like a boss(also for not attacking me for calling him LL Cool J in person). Shoutouts to random people that came up and told me they liked my combo videos. Makes me want to work really hard on the next one. Shoutouts to me for actually supporting the scene for a change while wearing that netplayer status with pride~ Shoutouts to everyone else I played casuals and talked to during the event. I can honestly say I didn't meet anyone that came off hostile in anyway which was very nice to see. Oh and shoutouts to shoutouts.

What's going on in sunday for BB crowd are you guys still going to have casual stations up or are those going to be gone? I haven't decided if I want to come down today since I'm not all that interested in watching the finals of the games that are left over.
