The 2c otg is not as applicable as people though it would be, it only OTG's bounding opponents, similar to 6a, it's just slightly better in terms of damage. It does not truely otg grounded opponents, such as from a 3c ch.
Here is an example of how I went about using air super, one of many:
(combo into) 2a 6a late chain 5b (reset into) sjIAD crossup j.b (more active frames makes it better!) Yata No Kagami
If they manage to block the crossup, Yata makes the mixup very plus, allowing Mu to easily continue mix her opponent up. If the j.b crossup lands, the air super will pick up to the combo, staying active long enough that you can move into 3c and link into j.2c.
