Tager can 2C Carl out of that, and 2C is fatal on CH. Overall, I think you handled the match pretty well (and you won, so I don't see why you are saying you're bad at it) b

Punishes: Their game plan:Annoy the hell out of you Strategy: Beat them at their own game This match up can be frustrating because Taokaka has the ability to position both players in a neutral state, which is one of Carl's weaker areas. She can also 2A you out of vivace, which makes getting out of neutral state even more difficult. the most effective ways to get out of her poking game are back dashing or Instant Barrier. Do not jump around trying to catch Taokaka, this is exactly what the other player is trying to get you to do. Instead be patient, and don't try to outspeed her in the match. Brio and 8D are very good tools in this match up. Once taokaka gets in C-O-N state the match is done. However, be weary of a burst, because you DO NOT want to have her flying all over the screen again. Patience is key in this match up. Similar to El fuerte in Street fighter :P Btw, 2C works wonders in this match, you would be surprised :D DISCUSS Update: ummmmm, 8D Also, backdashing in neutral may bot always work so be cautious. If she uses a low, vivace as soon as possible before she resets in neutral again with 5D>B

Punishes: Punish blocked random ice cars with 5B. Their game plan: Lame it out Strategy: move in, or let them come to you. It's difficult for me to make a set gameplan for Jin because I have fought all types of Jin players who use different strategies. Some are more offensive, while others tend to be passive. If run away Jins spam ice swords, you can use ADA as a meat shield. If they rush in, you can use brio or 4D. They will probably use 2D on you when they get in that range, so be mindful of that too. DISCUSS

Punishes: 2A beats out a majority of any gatlings/ blocked drives from him. Inferno divider can also be easily baited once you study your opponent, and can be easily punished. Remember that it is still a reversal, so respect it as such, unless you see it coming from a mile away. Inferno divider is going to be abused in scrub play. Block it and use 5b, which will put him in a CH state. Carnage scissors can also be punished on block with both jabs, b, and c. Help for Online Carls Inferno divider can be a pain online for new Carls. You should intentionally leave gaps in your resets when you fight ranga players who use it as a crutch, instead of a reversal. I recommend doing 8D >2D. Stand in front of them and see what they do on wake up. A 2D CH is one of the best starters for a combo, and it's a great punish for people who don't know about it's Super Armor Their game plan: Push you into the corner Strategy: Stay away from the corner DISCUSS

I always thought the persona series was severely over rated. Looks like I'm going to have to buy both 3 and 4 It's just I don't want a repeat of kh2, which was supposed to be a great game, but the first one ended up being much much better for me
