I really wish I could attend more regularly. I hate my placement in the state. :/ I have been wanting to play some again lately. Haven't netplayed in 2 weeks outside Friday night and man did I suck on execution. It was laggy still so it didn't seem any worse than normal. Is that weird? Shoutouts to Hydrocodone and oral surgery.

Hey Blinky. If you are around this week I am getting the rest of my awesome wisdom teeth pulled. Maybe we can crap up some netplay again like last time. If I feel up to that I mean haha. I still remember that 8-hit Ragna combo you made with all A's.

That is pretty much the only reason a person should play a game. Unless I miss the point of games.... Anyways, you didn't strike me as someone that was new to fighting games(like some of your posts had led me to believe) right away lol. XD I had fun playing regardless. Not to mention anyone with a mic is a friend for life(usually). ^^

Welcome Seventyxx. I wouldn't worry about your skill. SenXXi claimed to be low end but he's already better than I am. Not that that's a hard thing to achieve. XD Also, I am working on getting some extended time off work for personal reasons. If I can(without terminating my employment) I will try and head up there on the next free weekend gathering. No promises as always. Comes with living farther away. :/

I never played Torchlight before. I heard a lot of things about it so maybe I will look into it. I just really want to upgrade so I can be ready for future stuff and Windows 8. Nothing major.

No I am boycotting D3 because of the DRM in the game. I don't want to support crap like that. It's a fun game. I played the Beta. But I will not be purchasing it.

Been playing through Bioshock for the last few days. Looking into upgrading my PC. Not a whole lot going on here. Going to try and get a game of Arcana Heart going tomorrow. Was hoping for today but Dustloop really wanted to be broken all morning.

Okay well I WAS going to post this morning stating I would run a pilot room this afternoon/evening. However Dustloop seemed like it wanted to not work at all. So I will reschedule it for tomorrow afternoon so people can get a heads up. I am going to try this out from 6-8PM CST. If you are interested in playing please stop by. I have a permanent chat room on PSN I leave open for people without mics(although this is stupidly limited to friends and friends of friends(which seems silly since the host can't invite those people AT ALL). Rules are as I stated them previously.

I had no idea so many other people screamed "NETPLAY" while playing. Carry on good sirs and madams(dunno madams includes BJ or not based on Mucky's hypothesis).

In the past my rooms were always at maximum capacity. I held 6/6 rooms since the game moves so fast it wasn't really an issue(and also prompted the clear room=pass turn rule of mine). Honestly if it gets even more hype than in the past we might have to split off into multiple rooms! With some streaming it could turn into a lot of fun I think. Or perhaps I am delusional. There are people on PSN I played with that I still need to notify. Adding them into the mix would make a whole lot of regulars if many of you wished to participate. A bit extra wordy. Trying to sleep but can't. FML. If the above is semi-incoherent just figure it out until I am more rested. XD

Aside from DPs be careful doing that against Hakumen and Tager. Frame 1 counters and possible command grabs can make you regret trying it. Try and keep that in mind. I personally use tick-throws a LOT. They are amazingly fun.

I had no idea how the arcade layout was mapped so I went with: ABCE D I will probably change it to the standard though. I play on pad 90% of the time anyways.... Anyways, update. Within this week or the following week I will go ahead and set up a room just like it was in the past. It will be Tuesdays at 7pm-9ish~pm CST. Rules: No trolling. If you sweep a room please pass. In a room with a finite amount of time I am sure everyone wants as diverse an experience as possible. If you lag bad enough try again some other time. If you are too embarrassed to have footage of yourself on the net, try not to look bad! Mics are allowed and encouraged. If there is anything else I remember I will post that as well. If there is any reason I am unable to do it one week I will try and get a message to someone(possibly a post here) and someone else can take up the room for that week. If they want. Should I post here on a weekly basis on the day of? I am not sure that's necessary but it couldn't hurt. @Star: Buy some damn shoes man.

Well I could always change up the day and time. Glad to see a couple of responses at least. I had no idea Furix was such a huge Arcana fan. Feedback and suggestions are all right too. Oh and I would try and stream the rooms but my net's bandwidth is terribly wonky. It varies from day to day. That's cable for you.

Your fovea is a very small portion of your eye. Your visual acuity is a lot worse as a human than many people think. Most of the surface of one's eye is made up of rods and not cones. I have had a few inquiries, as well as requests, as to whether or not I will restart my weekly netplay sessions of Arcana Heart(Not that I am a pro player but I was always a good host). I figure I would just drop a message here in case anyone was interested in joining in on that. I usually hosted it from 7-9CST Tuesday evenings(subject to change). I also recorded and uploaded a bunch of matches to my YouTube account. Anyways, I am looking into possibly reviving this soon so if anyone IS interested keep an eye out.
