Thanks for the shout out Mike, you'll be missed too. I have no one to party with really until school, and even then, I doubt anything I'll run into out here in the American inaka will get any where close to our adventures under cover of shadow in Kabukicho. That fact is slowly sinking in more and more... sucks but thus is life. Rod explained everything about that saturday where he dropped off the radar, and it was pretty much as we surmised(he was workin' it). He fastforwarded through a lot of the combos because he was just demonstrating unblockable loops to kill people. They were very similar so I think he figured he would just fastforward them to squeeze in more combos. I don't know, I didn't really mind it. Really curious to see match vids of this guy.

Depends on how you define reactionary AA. 6P will beat out stuff as long as its done early enough, especially stuff like IADs(but 2h will beat them as well and give much jucier combos). 2h will beat any kind of jump in that us read correctly, at least for any approach at a distance(ie not in your face). Basically the only time you can get in "for free" on eddie is if you are about 3/4 of the screen away and you predict a drill he doesn't frc. Other wise your best bet is going to be playing slowly and waiting for a chance to kill little eddie, unless you are just 100% in your opponents head and are able to get around potential zoning with little eddie. I guess I kinda of agree that 7:3 might be a bit harsh, but we have to remember this isn't and Eddie tierlist, it's and "Eddie as played by Ogawa" tier list, so it is biased by Ogawa not having access to a player base that is universally as good as him self and thus his skill as a fighting game player might fill in some of eddies potential holes giving him the ability to concieve the idea of a 7:3 ed:hos match. At the end of the day, I'll much rather fight eddies than chips/millias/mays

Zappa also has a wierd wake up time. I wasn't intending to make a liar out of you or anything, I was just confused how the mix up that has the ighest success rate for me(at least in the realm of GB stuff) didn't cross up, and considering I don't have to block it often I went and tested it. I'm not quite sure what the frame data you are throwing out means exactly, but I think any good order sol will know when they are doing meaty gb vs overly meaty gb, or even late gb(to bait throw/reversals vs certain characters). Getting back to general discussion, any one use combos like 2h RC running 5s s h lv2 brp, or a similar combo? I do it rarely when I'm at lv2 and do a midscreen 2h with only 50% meter. I understand that you could just as easily combo into lv2 RI, but the brp lets you retain some of the charge and honestly isn't even that bad of damage.

When you say specifically that x > 2d lv1 gb ac frc lv1 gb wont cross up, do you mean that you can block it universally as long as you're holding any direction, or that you have to block it back ther other way? edit: that set up does infact cross up properly.

Unless Eddie gives you a chance to kill little eddie for free, you're basically forced into situations with out any safe ways out in every front, and between 6p, j.k, nobiru and 2h, closing a full screen gap on Eddie takes some serious caution. Makes getting in on Testament feel like sex.
