This glitch applies to the X360 version of DS:R. If you save a match while streaming music other than the in-game music, and try to upload the match to YouTube afterwards, the match will play with only sound effects. I'm not sure if the replay on the console will play in-game music yet...

I'm pretty excited about this new guilty gear. I definitely like its presentation, although I personally feel this game could've been made with this current gen's technology. That I'll discuss later though. @jjsmack - I've uploaded all the VSav matches i was able to save on my xbox. I'm taking a look at some and your LeiLei is on point imo. Just remember you have several options to get out of the corner, especially corner traps. I still think you should keep playing Q-Bee but as an alt. It's obvious vs Aulbath, but I did confirm it vs LeiLei that neither regular or EX command grab works against her while her DF is activated. Either MP or MK comes out and that's it.

I have family emergency to tend to, and I might end up having to travel, so both tourneys will be moved to next Friday. If there are other events planned for next Friday, then my two events will run after those events. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Anyone who still plays VS on XBL, please feel free to add VSav XBL. Hopefully this will make match finding alot easier, especially those who don't want to do Ranked Matches all day... This also applies to the VH players. I can't leave them out either.

You might have to change the priority of the program from "normal" to "high" or above. That can be done through Task Manager.

Alcott corner combo: 6A > 5C > 2C > j.A > j.C > air throw > j.B > 66 > 5A > 6C~"tiger woods super" I'm pretty sure I can add more damage in between certain hits, especially with his cancels into 236D. The super I was referring to I think is 2146A or 632146A-- I can't remember the specific input. The game apparently wants to make it easy for you to know when you score a counter hit, or when you can punish moves during the match. I would think that might serve as a crutch, but I'm starting to think otherwise, especially considering how fast the game is. Has anyone successfully played this online? I've tried playing online and to no avail the game froze as I tried hosting.

I was wondering the same thing... Maybe she somehow is impervious to the EX throw, or perhaps she's able to do something to beat it out...

That's most definitely some good info!!! I need to stop being a bitch when I see Bish & Sas go DF to stop my bubble setups. What's usually the quickest way after a bubble to put the opponent in block stun to circumvent DF armor attempts??? Most times I'll use mk > hk, or if I'm close enough, I'll j.lk > j.mp > j.lp > j.lk, but I'll attack only as long as I need to. Yeah that Bishamon vs Bulleta matchup can be hell. She is already slippery imo, but shouldn't Bish's low pokes stop her rushdown attempts at the proper range???

Reinhard is indeed fun. I'll post some of my findings later today. Alcott is too much fun!!! I came across this in practice mode and it only costs 1 stock of meter. j.C > JC> j.C > j.D~236D > 5A > 2C > j.A > j.C > JC > j.B > land > 236[A] to corner > (combo ender of choice) I can't figure out the best (strongest) way to end the combo yet. It still does a lot of damage though. I also managed to do j.A > j.C > JC > j.C > air throw > j.B, but I don't know how to replicate the combo, or at least the air throw portion. The first combo posted works on almost everyone, but was catered to work on Alcott. I believe he's the heaviest character in the game(?). I can't remember the original combo that I used on lighter characters, but I'll post that tonight.

From my personal experience, Demitri seems to have some good defensive options... While you can't truly play him as you would a shoto, he can still throw his projectiles to zone fairly well, and his Demon Cradle (dp+P) can answer many moves the opponent might use. There's both the regular Demon Cradle, and his dashing one, which in some cases can be used defensively... I honestly don't really remember Bulleta having any real good AA's... I've seen s.LP and s.MK work a few times, but I'm sure it wasn't against high priority air normals. If you plan on playing Bulleta, or any character for that matter, start working on push blocking. Sometimes that's your best (and at times your only) answer.

I need someone to analyze my Aulbath and see my weakness(es)... I know for starters I don't tech throws all of the time, and I need to work on push blocking single hits more... I want more matchup experience...

I'll be free on the 3rd... I've got a date tomorrow... I'm still interested in streaming VSav and BF if allowed/possible though, with the hopes that it can build the scene(s) and also put on a show... I've hit up some of the VF cats in the area, and they're interested in coming to Saltmines eventually if that's cool... Whenever they do show, I promise to actually put on a way better showing with a working stick (long story)... I definitely wanna step my game up in Persona, but my question to you guys is this: once BBCP drops, are you guys dropping P4U altogether, or will it still be around for play until it gets phased out??? Also, how many of you guys play MBAACC??? I'm always down for matches and such...

You basically have to have a good read in order to truly utilize 632KK imo. From my personal experience, most people I fight tend to get hit with 632KK while trying to avoid the bubble, and this happens mid-stage. One match I fought a Morrigan player, and I expected her fireball from mid-range, so I 632KK'ed her before the bat was released. Honestly though, I find it best when I use 632KK in a combo. Other than that, and the occasional good read moment, I don't use it much...

I won't be able to go this Friday (damn it, I know)... I have quite a few things to handle, and there's that blasted tourney on Saturday... I should be free the following Friday though...

Shoutouts to everyone who came out!!! Huge props to those that tried VSav and especially Battle Fantasia... I was impressed by the level of play, especially those who played for the first time, because they leveled the hell up in like .2 seconds it seemed... BF is a little less intimidating than VSav, but is equally fun... Question: If there's enough people to play next week, is there a chance we could stream Battle Fantasia, and if so, how do we go about requesting that??? I say that because I know some people who are interested in watching us play the game, and since there's now a scene for this game (technically), it would be awesome to have some sort of exhibition of sorts and possibly advertise the feasibility and depth of the game. I'm definitely practicing those Watson combos... If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me anytime (text, call, whatever).
