Crap, i wish i had access to a computer (my posts are from my psp) I wanna see this stuff every one's talking about, was it uploaded to youtube or anywhere else? As far as the rebalence goes, I am more excited for playable Relius. I might sub him in addition to Mu. I'm guessing he'll play like Eddie for some reason.

My best friend mains Tager, and this one is a pain, I try to get FRKZ as soon as I can. The extra damage and mobility helps alot imo, just watchout, like 99% of Tagers normals are air unlockable

Part of me, the less salty part, thinks that's true, but my inner salt is looking to see Noel, Jin, and Makoto nerfed. They probably won't be major changes though, I mean the games pretty good as is, so just fixing a few things could make it moe balenced, a couple damage nerfs here and there, maybe give Bang a good anti-air (fingers crossed), and fix the wallounce bug, that makes since to me(though this is just speculation o my part, Arc System Works doesn't have to make sense)

I usually just throw 5B when someone tries to jump, it's air unblockable so it's good for when they're jumping out, I think. Confirm it into whatever you can, this should help, but does anyone els have advce. -
I actually had no idea BEU meant an arcade game, my lack of knowledge because I was born after the arcade generation (though I kinda wish I wasn't) aside, I'm pretty sure a succesful consle release nets more money than the arcade release, though I'm no economist, so feel free to disregard. On an unrelated note, I played GGX ver. 1.5 in a hotel lobby arcade (I didn't know there was a time GG didn't have bursts) and it did had AUTO mode that was basically beginner mode...looks like Blazblue didn't invent that.

Story is important for attracting new players to games, let's face it, some of the most popular games in Japan are just stories. Also, playing through story mode with every character is a nice, no risk way of feeling character's playstyles a bit. Thanks to AC+ story, I played everyone a little and eventually stuck with Sol (still suck at this game, and 8 hit grand viper is 3/10 times for me) but I know a little about eveyr character and their moves. Also, story mode told me Bridget was a boy, and that's valuble information. also, I think the real reason Guilty Gear didn't sell better than Blazblue was story attracts gamers (specifically rpg games) much easier than fighing mechanics. Everyone I know was ready to up and drop BB after story mode until I forced them to keep playing and got them addicted to training mode. There don't seem to be many more "serious" BB players (let's just say tournement players) than there were GG players in it's golden years (it's an old game now so the decline is a bit understandable) oh well, going to get my friends to play some GG and give BB a rest for a while. I want to be as confident with Sol as I am with Bang. EDIT: forgot to mention, what I want in the next GG is better storytelling, a useful dragon install, Sol and Ky at least need to keep their new themes and costumes, and Sin, Raven, and That Man need to be playable. Oh and tutorial/ challenge modes, plus a "previously on segemnt" to explain the story so far to newer player. Also Chipp needs to be president.

I tested using 5a against 2d into 4d and assult through, neither got me anything but countered, i did jump over assult through and get a free j.C out of it.

Anyone got the damage for those slick bumper combos. Also since there is a bit of looping, and every loop needs a name why don't we call it the turbo-action-manly-loop? This is Bang we're talking about, just calling it a bumper loop would have that ol' Bang spirit to it -

I think it's cause there are so many people on netplay there are bound to be a mass of terrible people, playing against them makes you develop bad habits (spamming Bang's 3c in my case.) I wanna get my Bang critiqued to get my stuff in order, then trying to find people on dustloop to play so I get some non Tager matches(I'd like more vs. Tao matches). I wish I could get out and play people, but i run summer track and have to prepare for the Junior Olympics. Luckily 17-18 division is easier than 15-16. -

Could be. Jin was tough face to face, but never this bad. Because Bang needs to be precise, and net lag kills prescsion Bang is hard to win with. Seriously though, my friend plays Tager, and i played him so much i forgot how to escape and apply pressure (not too good at either to begin with). I need to get my stuff in order. I wanna level up my game and the best way I have at the moment is netplaying several different opponets. Besides, only doing Tager matchups is boring. -

Hey, i'm not exactly new to Bang, but I am new to netplay. Since i got a free month of XBL I decided to try it out. About 50 Jin matches later i feel like a total scrub.I stopped mashing the buttons so hard and my combos at least work now, but I was wondering if I could get some crtique on my playing sometime. My gamertag is StatesideTrack1. -

Well, I posted this earlier in another thread but... 6d-dc.2d-8 dash j.D, 2-dash 2b, Daifunka! 5.8k damage stupid easy FRKZ combo. Any scrub should be able to use this as his finishing move. I guess the proration on 6d and those other moves is really good, because before Daifunka it's only 2.9k damage. -
Also Fatal counter 6c, 5d, 214D hits from my exipericence (I did it on accident the first time, it was against bang, but it worked on Hakumen and Tager too)

I'm no pro or anything but...I STILL haven't passed the "execution barrier" and drop combos all the time. I have like two combos I always land, and that's it. Yet I still manage to beat my combo usin' friends because I learned everything else first. I mean it takes me five combos to kill someone, but if they can't hit me how are they goingg to win. So I'd like to suggest learning how to do stuff other than combos first. Back when 5b-5c-214A-214D was my only combo and my friend had already beat challenge mode, I still won by doing things like dash brakeing and then instant blocking into a random Inferno Divider that try as I might I STILL CAN'T COMBO FROM! counter throws, and anti airs (now if I could get these freaking combos to work I'd be able to consider myself good.)

A friend of mine and I have a solo and ensamble concert coming up and the teacher told us if we could arrange Noontide for our instruments we could play it. We're having a lot of trouble beause we can't find the original music. Does anyone have a copy of the sheet music for it. Our second choice would be No Mercy, followed by Still in the Dark if anyone has those as well. Thanks in advance

Here's a stupid combo i discoverd, During FRKZ 6d-6 dash-2d-8 dash-J.D-2 dash-2B-DAIFUNKA!!!!! 5839 damage if memory serves. Easy combo, crazy damage for how easy it is. Tested on all characters, to make sure it worked on everyone

I play Ragna, because of the Rushdown. Plus he has some sick move names. Inferno Divder! Gauntlet Hades! Carnage Scissors! Straight Punch!! I sub Tager for one reason Genesic! Emerald!! Tager!!! BUSTER!!!!! Instant Turn around move. Really, one hit to death and you kill the opponent with half their life bar still intact. Then the guy rage quits. Good times....

Arggggh, another tournement i'll miss. I'll be in houston for this and I can't make final round either. Well this sucks, I've been wanting to test myself out (I don't even have online.) All i can do is keep kicking the crap out of my friends. Anyway, you mentioned you had one last month, does tham mean there'll be one in april (I assume not in march beause of final round)
