There's vid of this and It's happened to me before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9J4DcE3m34I 3:03 I'll have to test this and see if it'll work at any distance or not.
-
4D and 6D will hit her out of it actually.
-
I find the dash 5C link after the set of 6Cs into 2C Jakou to be his hardest link.
-
I'll definitely add to this. I'm getting a recorder soon so I can demonstrate some approaches and some C and B chain gimmicks.
-
It hardly matters because most of the time, you can only connect with a 4D and jump canceling and doing #j.214B does about the same damage. It's mostly about getting the meter. And yeah. I'd hardly call it a dash cancel. I think it is a link too. I mean... it's not like Ragna's dash cancels, right? lol u mad, bro?
-
Trollololol. I have yet to do it on anyone yet. I keep getting 3C CH and well... they won't live long enough for another combo to finish. =[
-
hmmm you're right. I made it work at last. It was the delay I needed. It was strange because I had done it so many times on Carl in matches and had the timing down perfect. I guess it was online that influenced my delay. On another note: Have any of you guys tried that glitched combo on Hakumen? The one where he breaks out of Mizuchi? It's quite easy and rewarding to do considering the troll factors...
-
ok some weird shit just happened. Carl's relaunch is supposed to be j.7D. But it won't work for me in training mode. I just did j.8D and it worked. Not sure why.
-
Nope. Makoto is fine. Must've been goddamn netplay. I dunno. The 2C completely whiffed just like it does for Noel. Dunno how that happened. Edit: Litchi's pickup is actually really fuckin hard. You gotta dash 5C when you land on the ground from the first set of j.Cx5. I did it once without dashing but for some reason it's not working anymore. (Gonna assume it has a tight timing but still doable)
-
They're all just 2C but for some reason... I had this happen playing with Makoto too so I'm not sure if Makoto's pickup is the same or not. Gonna try it now.
-
No problem. Just make sure to dash and then 5C. Don't Panic with it. Just dash and you'll have enough time to press 5C in and of itself so you won't get a 6C.
-
Have you ever tried doing the full 8k on Litchi and Noel? Then you'd know.
-
Actually. It's affected by only their hitbox. Litchi and Noel need to be picked up in an entirely different way. For Litchi, replace dash 2C with dash 2B 5C(1) and for Noel, replace it with just dash 5C(2).

I saw you got some of those 214D~C after Houtenjins and I was seriously smiling. You dropped the 6Cs after the Zaneiga a lot though. Don't forget the delay. Keep practicing :3
-
I'll stay home. Edit: Something the CS2 combo thread completely forgot to mention is the pickup after the j.6D > 66 > 6C link. It's different for some characters. e.g you have to pick up Noel with dash 5C not dash 2C.
-
Dash canceling is actually really goddamn easy after the 6C in the first part of the combo. Much easier than the Zaneiga > dash > 5C dash cancel in CS1. All you have to do is start dashing when 6C animation ends. Nothing too fancy here.
-
You can do it Dusty! EVO 2011 :3

In the air (If not CH), I prefer to either do a #j.214B to get meter with it or I cancel into 623D and then do j.6D to punish backroll attempts(Believe me it happens a lot) OR if I know the positioning is right, I can go for the relaunch by doing j.7D after a 6D. If they're very very close to you and you hit them with 4D (Not sure if it has to be CH or not), you can immediately dash 5A (or just 5A if close enough) to 5C to 4D for #j.214B meter gain or 623D into combo (Jayoku if meter). Now as for grounded enemies. Well you've got the option of chaining in > j.B > gatling or > j.2C gatling. It really doesn't matter most of the time. Just remember if they're crouching and got hit while crouching, j.B won't hit so be careful not to drop the combo. Edit: j.B will hit on huge ass enemies though. But I think you got my point. j.B stuffs a lot of 5A anti air attempts as well because of it's huge horizontal hitbox.

I'd read them. And I could help you. But just make sure to put a disclaimer at the beginning of it saying: "CANNOT BE LEARNED IN 48 HOURS."
-
Depends. Are you hitting someone on the ground or in the air? Air options are very limited unfortunately unless if it is CH and those I found quite hard to do in matches.
-
I know. That's why I went on an Astral streak in ranked with my PSR 15 Ragna. And got to 120 in a day...
-
Dude look. Go into training mode right now and practice the timing for 6C after Zaneiga. You have to delay it a little. If you're using a Lv1 Zaneiga, however (Not recommended at all except those no CH corner stuff) you don't need to delay at all. But if you hit a Lv2 which you should, you have to delay it. You can't mash 6C the moment Zaneiga hits. You have to wait a bit till they fall down. A CH Zaneiga Lv2 has a lot more delay than a regular one as well.
-
... don't look at me. I only just started learning Ragna like a week ago. Edit: Been there done that. I'm just saying it won't work the first couple times you try it unless you make them learn not to mash out of it. And I love it when people mash after 6B lands

Not sure. I know he subbed him in CS1. Probably more than me since I've been playing this game for about 8 months. He's getting a lot better though. Keep it up Willy. You can still beat Dacid in Haz mirrors
