  1. thanks i fixed the link Please read more carefully: Within ranks, characters are listed in the order that they appeared in the series. There is no difference in character ranking within a given rank.
  2. If you click the link Xie gives very good explanations for why mu and every char is placed where they are. Xie's BBCP - Pre Console Tier List (Link Fixed) https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gbeudMMDSFnqd1w_P6XrJC4pdOasyfX1GQE3rl8yvtI/edit?pli=1 Position in a rank is a factor of overall toolset, stability, and raw power. S: Taokaka, Litchi, Hazama, Valkenhayn A: Ragna, Jin, Rachel, Hakumen, Mu-12, Relius, Azrael B: Noel, Tager, Bang, Carl, Arakune, Nu-13, Tsubaki C: Makoto, Platinum, Amane, Bullet, Izayoi
  3. Its funny all this talk about who should be top tier when thier is only one correct answer and that is Iron Tager. Anyway i never seen this posted on dustloop before. It still looks very accurate. Just add in Kokonoe as S++ Xie's BBCP - Pre Console Tier List Position in a rank is a factor of overall toolset, stability, and raw power. 4. NO they should bring everyone up to S tier. With the exception of Tager being S+ Hey i love that idea! That sounds great!
  5. Your right its Tager Time!!
  6. You see the only thing that is absolutely certain that will happen in this new patch that hasn't been officially stated already is that Tager will be deservedly buffed again just like always.
  7. This is how Tager can do it. http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=imph1u&s=5#.Uo2LAT-p6aK
  8. lol, its cute that you actually think Tager is still low tier now... Anyway Tager gets buffed and better in every update since CT, the problem is that he is just never buffed enough as he should be.
  9. New balance patch you say? LET THE TAGER BUFFS COMMENCE!!! So I was right about the timing of the american release coinciding with the realease of a new balance update after all. Hopefully the balance patch is included for the american release just like the vita version or available for download very soon after.
  10. Its been posted in the wiki. Shortcut link in my signature. Its a new system wide mechanic. Burst goes through everyone's supers now.
  11. I have been using it since you posted it. Its pretty good. Is there any combo where Tager can gain 50% heat like he used to in CSE? The most i been able to build is 38 heat... edit: Also i like just Spark or SB for normal and DSpark or DSB for diagonal. If both then AllSpark..........(only because of Transformers lol)
  12. Are you looking for raw collider combos from midscreen or corner? Near the corner he can combo from it easily but from Midscreen he can only continue into a combo with sparkbolt or rapid cancel now after AC. Even with magnetism only a couple characters can be comboed from AC easily midscreen. I love doing his new magged ACx2 trap/resets. It forces them to air tech just off the ground backwards directly in front of you, and if they dont tech you get a free blue beat combo for more damage. Works great on most chars but some can actualy fly past you if thier air tech hitbox is to small. Raw multi AC combos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=En85I942YmQ&t=2115 AC Midscreen Magged: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPBii6FVL8U&t=3m3s AC Midscreen Rapid Cancel: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXqN1bsvjGQ&t=1m1s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdyM-CorcSw&feature=youtu.be&t=1m43s
  13. Well do you have the exact dates? I was just going off of what it says on Wikipedia.
  14. for CSE arcade to CSE console i was looking at the NA release which was around 6 months.
  15. Here is a quick clip i made of the anti super fireball combo. The combo probably can be made better though but it still looks cool. My brother gave me the initial idea when he created his own anti super fireball combo for platinum, by comboing kokonoe through the fireball with platinum's counter attack. http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=imph1u&s=5#.Uo2LAT-p6aK This video shows Tagers free B-sledge black hole escape: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvUxGv07LYk&feature=youtu.be&t=4m4s
  16. You forgot about Tager. He escapes all blackhole setups meterless as well via double fully charged Bsledge.
  17. yeah i love landing instant j.2c fatals lol!
  18. Near the corner he can combo from it easily but from Midscreen he can only continue into a combo with sparkbolt or rapid cancel now after AC. Even with magnetism only a couple characters can be comboed from AC easily midscreen. On the bright side Tager has new magged and non magged midscreen combo routes and is not dependant on AC anymore for midscreen combos. Also magnetized ACx2 midscreen is a great tech trap reset tool now on most chars. So to me the only bad thing is you cant do much with anti air collider midscreen without meter now and AC>6C>GadgetWhiff should have been made to work on everyone. Examples of good AC rapid cancel combos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXqN1bsvjGQ&t=1m1s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdyM-CorcSw&feature=youtu.be&t=1m43s
  19. CS1 console to CS2 arcade ~6mo CS2 arcade to CS2 console ~6mo CS2 console to CSE arcade ~6mo CSE arcade to CSE console ~6mo CS1 console to CS2 console ~1yr CS2 console to CSE console ~1yr Just going by this pattern alone the arcade version of CP should probably see a balance upgrade around 6 mo after the JP console relase of CP. The NA console release is around 6mo from JP console release when the console release of CS1 NA and JP was released less than one month apart and Console NA and JP CSE was released about 2 months apart. Why would the NA release of CP conslole be pushed back and released an entire 6 months apart? Well theoretically the NA console release would be launching at the same time as an expected Balance update to CP arcade. So therefore i hope that the NA console release was delayed to be released with the future CP arcade balance patch included. I know cs1 to cs2 console relase was around 1 year apart just for a balance patch but that wouldn't make sense this time in this new generation console transition period. It would be dumb for them to continue developing BB on the PS3 an entire year after the launch of the PS4. They should release the balance patch to consoles as soon as possible after arcade as it would be a great sendoff to get it out to the way in order to spend their full focus to transitioning all of their fighting game development to PS4. 2014 is a very important transitional year for game developers where they should be spending all their time making the move from ps3 to ps4 development as soon as possible.
  20. Me and my brother practiced all this stuff last night and if i am remembering correctly Tager can also get past bothl versions of her beam super (not the fully charged one) without problem and its even possible to punish her from full screen away without using sparkbolt lol. i will try to make a quick video showing how to get past all her unblockable blackhole setups, fireball wakeup super and her Beam super. Edit: On second thought ill let someone else make a video cuz I don't have recording equipment and I'd have to make a crappy video with my cellphone lol
  21. Also if she does fireball super on her wakeup Tager can also punish it for free with A-buster or Bsledge. Here is a couple cool quick little combos for if you have her down in the corner and she does fireball super on her wakeup. requires 72 heat corner no mag As soon as she techs and does the super: (during superflash) CH Bsledge>6C>Asledge>Hammer>5A>4D>5C>6B>jC>jD>5C>6A>2C>AC>upSpark>OD>MTW>TB>GF 5957 dmg corner no mag meterless: (during superflash) CH Bsledge>6C>Asledge>Hammer>5A>4D>5C>6B>jC>jD>h.jC>jA>jB>jC>GP 3916 dmg requires 93 heat (during superflash) CH Bsledge>Astral You dont have to worry about the fireball falling down on you because Asledge>Hammer lets you combo her through the fireball as it is falling back down. Thats the cool looking part lol! I can try to record these anti flamecage combos on my cellphone tomorrow even though i dont have recording equipment.
  22. Yes all can be charged but seems like its only used for timing and nothing else. There is no extra damage, invinciblity or any other special effects. Its stupid because Tagers should at least pull people in when they are magnetized.
  23. The video looks much better, now i can read the damage values easily. The only main thing i would suggest now is to add the damage values and heat gain to each combo in the OP. That would make it easier for people to decide on which combos they should practice first. Also i noticed the link for the 6C combos in the OP is actually a repeat of the link to the 6B combos instead. EDIT: --- I did some testing in game and now Tagers 6A super armor limit was raised to 2000 damage instead of 1600. It didnt say in the CP frame data so i hit him with Platinums super hammer in practice mode. Normally super hammer does 2400 damage, but when hitting Tager through his 6A super armor it counter hits him and only does 400 damage. EDIT2: i am having a problem with the time stamps working inconsistently, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. i found its the same problem i had before when making timestamps for my previous video postings in the video thread. Its because Youtube changed how their timestamps work. The old way was "#t=" which you used, but several months ago they changed to the new format "&t=" The new "&t=" format works every time with no delay and puts a special marker at that point in the video. So to fix the timestamps just replace all the # to & so from #t= to &t=
  24. Its nice that it seems VTC>Hammer isnt completly useless afterall. It works against quite a few other chars supers too. Here is a VTC > Hammer combo to try next time you fight her. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AuFLxqM6qg&feature=youtu.be&t=3m30s
  25. Another good new CP Tager combo video. However, worst song ever in a Tager combo video. Sounds awful and doesn't fit at all despite the name. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AuFLxqM6qg&feature=youtu.be
