To beat tager you DP him 35x, when you dash towards most other cpus, just dash in 2A 2A quick combo because they will ALWAYS back dash unless they have 50 heat then whiff input DP or w/e.

Only a Noel who mashes really hard to mash drives in someone's pressure, which is 90% of the netplay Noels so it's ok to be preemptive about it.

4D can be beaten by 2B and Grab, 2D you can 6A or j.Grab but its 50/50 because it has to be done on prediction and not reaction so you cannot over commit on Noel

I might not play online often but when I setup a room with min connection set at two and the next 5 people going has 2~3 and game feels like a picture slideshow or that the most hella basic gatlings doesn't work, its really ass. Hence why whether you play on PSN or on XBL, if you play randoms you hqve high chances of having a very sad experience. Now this thread isn't about your bias opinion of 24/7 netplay life and we should get back to its original topic. Same goes with the XBL thread for its little time it has left.

My experience on XBL was hella sad and terrible even vs 3 and 2s so netplay stays netplay.

I'm not complaining about the tier here, I played her through the entire Extend lifespan without saying her tier sucked or whatsoever, tier pretty much never existed to me anyway. I'm not like those who dropped her in Extend because she wasn't a dumb char anymore. A lack of tools is a lack of tools no matter how you see it and it isn't only Tao she has other if not many other bad matchups for the same reason. I never considered her damage a barrier, most people who did never bothered learning optimal combos to begin with.

Not really fixed but changed of place. At least she managed to get some oki back and her OD seems worthwhile if not extremely worthwhile and fun to play with.

Ended up watching the whole thing for old time sake, I obviously blame you for all this.
