Ah well then thank you as well. This is certainly not the kind of news I was expecting at 2:00 AM that's for sure. But hopefully we will know more about this soon. Strangely, I am not disappointed considering who I was expecting but more intrigued.

It kind of does but at the same time something feels really off about it. I'm not talking like "Minerva's made of metal" or the obvious differences between the two of them. Rather...how should I put this? I feel like I've seen that face, that same exact expression (and no, not talking about Nirvana or Ignis) somewhere before but I cannot pinpoint where. Weird. Still, she looks pretty damn good. Say what you will about Mori, but the man does do good art.

I wager a bet that she can be made into a Chronophantasma (a.k.a: "Those who should not exist") like how the current timeline Celica is. Kokonoe is a likely candidate for the role though Relius is another safe bet (he did help create her after all) and he has stated that he can reproduce anything he sees down to the smallest details.

Marie's burst looks like she's trying her best damn take on a JoJo pose. Too bad being a fashion victim weather-goddess is not enough to capture the sheer FABULOUS but points for trying. That Sword Rain though really intrigues me. For some odd reason, it reminds me a bit of Hilda's (UNIEL) moves. Definitely would like to see more of Marie. The more images I see, the more I want to see them in action.

Sweet. Now I just need to find out if Minerva runs on any sort of gauge like her big sisters and how she moves (does she follow Celica herself or does she move step by step as Celica does).

Yeah you're right, it is Battle for Everyone's Souls (damn early waking hours). But it is mighty curious as to why they'd remix it all of a sudden. I don't think anyone else received the same treatment so why Lizzie's? Then again, it sounds great so no reason to complain.

Holy shit animated Thanatos!? You know some big important stuff is going down if he himself is in a cutscene. I could watch this trailer for hours and not get bored in the slightest. And yes, Lizzie's singing voice is great. Lucky for Rise, Lizzie has more important things to do otherwise Risette would be out of a job so fast. By the way, was that a remixed Velvet Room track I heard midway through?

Yeah, always do remember that Mori hands out lies like he's handing out business cards. "Celica can't fight"? This came right after Rise was announced as playable. Glad I never believed him. But thanks for posting it. Strangely, I am not as angry as I should be about a potential retail release. BBCP's localization was..."poor" in my opinion. 6 months taken between the JPN and NA release and many issues were present. Perhaps they can take this opportunity to fix them? Or at least not make them as apparent as they were. Naturally, this is hypothetical. They might just do a patch for the balancing and release Celica and Lambda separately as DLC. I dunno, I think it just varies on groups. I had a bunch of non-FG friends of mine try CS and most were drawn to Makoto, Lambda-11 and Noel. I personally always wanted to main a female character but never could get a handle on most of them to be any good so was stuck with Haku-men until BBCP where I changed it up to Azrael. I like Ragna and Jin, but not enough to immediately gravitate to them. Strictly speaking of Celica and Lambda, I find them interesting enough to want to try them. Celica gets points in my book because I happen to enjoy her presence in the story (most of the time anyway) and what current screenshots depict appeals to me. Lamb-chops was always my #2 favorite Murakumo after Mu-12 so I am curious how she'll be different from Nu-13 now. Whether or not I can actually use them will be made clear in due time. About that, if you guys are willing to humor me: what if BBCP2 is the final entry? When asked on the story progress, Mori stated that BBCP marks the 80% mark and it carried a sense of finality for certain characters. Roster's just about huge right now and I can't really think of them adding many more characters barring 2~3 (maybe 4 if we're lucky) unless of course they start removing/replacing some of them. Of course, I could (and most likely am) wrong on this front, but that's one of the reasons I can see another retail version being released. Or at least not garner as much hate.

So they removed Luna Forma from Nu-13's repertoire and remade Lamb-chops from it, yeah? Could that mean Nu-13 loses access to Calamity Sword and Lamb-chops no longer has access to Legacy Edge since those DDs were stance-restricted? If that is the case, I think we could potentially see ASW add a whole new DD for them each.

Is it? I only ask because Aigis was the Aeon Arcana S.Link despite her own Arcana being the Chariot. Lizzie's own was the World (reportedly) but became Death in P4A.

Oh hey, she's pulling out the Empress Arcana. That's cool. It may not necessarily be her actual Arcana, but this is a first. Isn't she in charge of Skill Cards or something in P4G? Maybe that's a reference to it... Also confirmed, 5 cards. Pretty sweet.

BBCP2.0? ASW why do you hate my wallet? I was trying to save up some cash to have GGXrd, P4AU and UNIBEL. I'll still buy it because goddamn Celica looks adorable and Lamb-chop's little green swords look interesting but geez.

Igor: "You youngsters thought my greatest weapon was my nose? Oh how naive". I like it. Somehow, I'm thinking she has 5 Persona cards herself but we will have to see. I'm usually not fond of silly-style characters (like Teddie) but it seems like I am easily swayed if Marie's single, black and white screenshot can make me reconsider it.

Speaking of Celica, I really do hope she's made a little easier to control. I never had luck with the previous puppet characters, especially Carl. I dunno what it is, but I could never get a handle on them for some reason. Celica is the 2nd one to catch my interest since Relius so I kinda do want to give her a shot. I'm not asking for Baby's 1st Puppeteer, but just a little something that makes her distinct mechanically from Carl and Relius.

"Nu-13 loses her mode change". Aw, but I liked watching people play a good Nu-13 in BBCP. Well, I guess old-school (hope I am using this right) Nu-mains are happy so good for them. Has anyone noticed that Minera went through a pretty different redesign? Her BBCP story portrait is very different compared to the current one [ http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140428131657/blazblue/images/b/b1/Minerva_%28Story_Mode_Artwork%2C_Normal%29.png ]. Oh and it looks like her stance (and some aspects like the yellow tie) in the screenshots is based on Aigis.

If you are to believe vgchartz, BBCP sold 52,784 copies since launch [ http://www.vgchartz.com/game/73151/blazblue-chronophantasma/USA/ ] in NA. I do not know if they cover PSN downloads towards it, but there you go. I don't know the sales figures for Extend either but I hear they were pretty damn low in NA. CP's sales are sounding, kinda low to me but maybe that's because there was a 6 month wait between releases.

Would that not be a little...controversial? You know how the moral guardians of the west feel about making any allusions to unsavory aspects of a character.

Maybe it's just not being used to it. I went through the same phase when first looking at CP portraits for the other characters. By the way, Minerva looks a lot less like Nirvana in those screenshots. She looks more like a combat nurse and lacks the metal "dress". Still cool though.

I see golden angel wings in the bottom left corner. It's in OD version too judging by the red background. Curious... Also, hooray for chest blasters. It feels like the days of Mazinger all over again for me.

Ragna's life is misery and suffering, remember? I don't understand the fascination with Bloodedge though I'll respect your opinion. I guess characters that have lost the functions of their limbs and body organs are "in" these days?

Oh so they're changing up her Drive attacks? That's cool. I was just thinking how they'd add another Murakumo who was originally designed to replace Nu-13 on the roster. But Nu-13 is back now so having her be the same would have been kinda...lazy? Color me interested. I'm hoping for no new versions or rather, no PS4-only versions (something Mori expressed interest in). That'd just kill me financially. DLC or patch would be best for me but eh, we'll see. Still exciting news though.
