He said he was just trolling me. I couldn't beat him.

IB? I never thought of that. Maybe that's why P counter always gets blocked and leaves me open on different characters. Baiken's inertia isn't that great...It'll be tough to move around like I'm Jam, but I'll work on it. I learned FD brake as I was learning the system. I should start using it more again.

Cookie - I was 6-29. You don't need to leave after being beaten. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3oIxKf8JWE roneyyourhomey said I was getting better - I dunno

Sorry guys, no local BlazBlue today. (although nobody comes to see me) I'm nearly broke, so I'm taking today to save gas, clean up so I can midnight run if I have to and get some other grownup things done. Next Friday I'll try to bring my setup. I hope I get a bigger crowd than last week. Donate today and I'll be running AH3. :D Why is this game still 30 bucks?

Don't people usually attack as they jump in? If dizzy jumps in, she'll use that big ass air to ground she has, and trying to AA that by 96H sounds like I'm going ot get hit. Or is that situation not the right one? Like, if Dizzy (or any character, tbh) tries to reposition themselves through an airdash, that's usually time to do a throw (air or ground). I get thrown a lot by a friend, he says he's looking for me to airdash and is in position to throw on landing. After hearing this I started using more regular and fake jumps and I don't get thrown as much. PS: I'll edit the OP as new good things get posted. If I find myself wrong or learn something new I'll try to integrate it.

No joke upback has been really good to me last two weeks.

Nice - I'll try it. I had a feeling that something like 96H worked better. but how do you read a jump and react in three frames? :O

Damn I keep missing LK's rooms... I'd hop on now but I'm so exhausted and so much shit has hit the fan here...I just want to veg out...I don't think I'm going to have that sort of "flow time" needed to learn this game until it becomes available on campus without me bringing it or I just get more time to myself in the day...

It's not like I'm not trying to learn to do those things, I'm just failing, is all.

Hand shakes to people. I still lose to stupid shit. I don't know how to deal with any of it. I seem to run out of self-esteem very fast.

Love Clinic now open for your questions and for your enjoyment! Room name will be Love Clinic!

I tried it and landed it a few times, but I don't think I really understand how to do it right.

I really hate this - I get home very tired and now I don't want to play. Let's see if I can play. Love Clinic Tonight at 8ish.

[CS2-CSE] Litchi Faye Ling - Player Improvement & Video Critique Thread

Firstly - Nice All Green at the end. Got a bit of the Demon in ya! You take too many bad risks when you go in. I lost count of how many times you ran up and DPed, grabbed, or tried to mash or 6A in their face. There are good kinds of risks that change how your opponent and you are positioned to your advantage (or leads to them getting comboed), and there are bad risks that don't pay off should you not succeed or if they fail. When you go in I can tell you aren't ready to change course if the situation changes, and I m not sure if you're paying attention to relius' game when you re trying to attack. You push A too much. I don't think it pays off to push A any more than three times like LK does. There's a lot you need to be doing in those three button pushes. If you are blocking in the air like you are at around 3:40ish When you barrier on the way down, do it all the way down, and then keep doing it. When opponent is so close you don't know what happens next, but you are very much still on the defensive when you get to the ground. You should also use the stick more. A simple press of D would have at least kept Relius Honest on wakeup, instead he decides it's his turn - make sure he never decides that. -
Well, you notice I like Reach. It has a high arc and travels quickly, and isn't like using an airdash or a super jump. I see it as another way to move around the screen. A lot of Litchis don't really use it this way, maybe because they are scared of getting hit.

Stream going up - gonna play a bit.

Real talk: It's half joke, half serious. Chun is not as good as others, but Chun has a strange Chun-factor that I really like to see in players. It gives their play personality. I joke about having limiters and how I have no control over the limiters, and I train to learn to take them off, but it characterizes my abilities in a fun way. Favorite does not equal best. I think LK is the best US Litchi, but to be my *favorite* he has a few things to accomplish for me. All LK needs to do now is win by All Green while I'm watching. (I called the one I screencapped, so that helps a lot) I have to say - I've been feeling much more positive about my character and learning in general lately. Seeing things I do done by better players and being acknowledged for it makes me feel good and makes me want to go back and improve on it after seeing it done well, even though they are really just making fun of me. If you read one of them management books you'd know what I'm talking about.

"That move sucks!" "Use Daisharin lol!" "Waste of meter!" NEVER MIND THAT.

Might play soon. I really should write a thing first. Standby. No stream because Xsplit's installer isn't playing nice with VBscript.

Going in. I wanna try these Mix Up things. (and the new high technology)
