Character design wise Makoto is the best character ever... No i don't have special love for squirrels, fur, underboobs etc... Gameplay wise she is funny to play and still does really good in extend, you might see her suffer a little bit but that's most likely happens because she is a hardworking character WAS and will STILL be like that, don't fall to what people say about her being bad or weak!

Mars chopper prorates bad in CS2, 5C starter on Haku and Tager deals 3800~4000 Damage iirc. The true boost is in 6B being able to dish out 2800 now compared to 1800 in CS2 and pretty much any crouch confirm. Start the thread now if you want -

You don't pick the character based on its execution, instead, you should pick the character you like then the character shapes your execution.

You are doing it right. But in tournaments you may want to alter to easy combos as getting a safe 3500 is better than dropping the 4000 to 2000. Makoto usage rate is decent but a huge chunk of those users are just using her as a sub, no one dedicates himself to learn her and stick with her so they end up using what is good and easy, same thing when it comes to neutral game and pressure, they keep doing the same stuff over and over. Im afraid that the number of Carl mainers is higher than the number of Makoto mainers :V -

Jin do need to work for his wins even in CS2, he is just very accessible, so does Makoto. Not any player :p Go to practice and keep doing 5CC > 214AC until you time it well so it wont drop even in the worst condition of delay Orb Oki will most likely put you in a risk of getting hit by a reversal as they have increased 236A recovery in Extend, use it on characters that have no meterless defensive option. you can still throw it on any character as most players wont react to it with a reversal until they see you do it a couple of times. -

2C 236AD is unstable on Noel, the rest of characters should be fine 5B 6A 2D route Combo doesn't work on Jin and Valk, also this route is a bit more strict about proration than 5D 66 2D Route You must learn both routes to get good stable damage in corner -

But 3C have hell hard time going through ignis most of the time, and Relius can recover and react most of the time too I said "can", ofc she can punish you for doing that, but if the Tao doesn't know about this and kept rushing with her bowling ball then use the ball as a parry invoker. Edit: Blazblue is dying...
