  1. If Ragna, Haku, Haz, Jin are top tier then CP is fairly balanced and will give new players a very good impression ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Seriously i encourage CP changes so far and want to see more and more of it, sure CS2/Extend were really balanced but they were dull and boring.
  2. j.B > jc > j.D timing should be always the same in all combos, however it requires more strict timing if the proration is low like all links in BB.

Alexandrite is a unique gemstone that gives you a beautiful green color when it is exposed to sunlight, with that said, Noel is the heir of the Sankishin family which is named after the goddess of sun, so yeah.   4. You should do it as j.B > Jump Cancel > j.D because j.B can't Gatling into j.D so you have to cancel the j.B into a jump first then into j.D. the j.D should be done with fastest possible lvl3 charge and as soon as you jump cancel the j.B

  11. I'd blame the characters for that, someone who plays Bang will most likely get the jumping 24/7 habit for example.
  12. Yeah, i am aware of it. Its useless to drop a big chunk of your damage for something meh especially when we need every bit of reward to beat Hakumen in EX. But with Hakumen CP changes and Makoto new combo routes (could be better or worse) we might see a orb oki vs Hakumen. Also. i'm the only one with dumb video titles here xD
  13. Not really, low tier'ness made me quit going to locals and staying in the training room for more than 2 mins. Just pick the character you like the most because you're gonna play it with nearly all matches and practice on using him/her a lot, and don't worry about the "i am wasting my effort on the wrong character/game" as skill can be easily transferred from a character to another and from a game to a game.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFKTilx-FM8 This orb set up give Makoto the enough time to jump away, any other set up will lose to 6D/2D. In CP we this might be easier to get or have a lot of variation which will make the wake up game more interesting and fun.
  15. guard > 623A or guard > air grab Makoto can squeze more damage and do safe jump set up to get this exact same effect without ending her combo early on
  16. Guard the orb instead of countering... done! Makoto sacrifices damage to and heat to get this safe set up which adds nothing vs Hakumen. We are better with knockdowns and reset shenanigans.
  17. Depends on how fast is Hakumen's drive, in Extend Comets have much longer recovery which leaves Makoto open to reversals and stop her from doing orb oki. I don't know what happend to Hakumen but making his drive blockable isn't a big problem, they probably want to balance his match up with Carl without missing up the other match ups.

  19. What i know is that the AI keep falling for every frame trap until i trap it for like 3 times. I think about creating a group of dedicated Makoto players. Anyone up to join?

  21. We don't know what changed in the game, these stuff might be already in the loketest and maybe not. But what i know is that no one listed any change in Makoto's gameplay from the 2nd Loketest and so does for the other characters.
