Try lvl1/2 Lightning Arrow in CS2, you can see the enemy is waking up once he touches the ground right? thats how a lvl3 Lightning Arrow looks like in CSEX. in CSEX Lightning Arrow can still ground bounce on Counter Hit.

Valkenhayn's [W]5B > j.D j.B should be inputted fast, but not as fast as a plink :p Valkenhayn is a really hard/unique character you might have trouble learning him, but of course if you are good then you will need less than 4 days. I took 6 days to nail all his stuff especially getting used to the instant overhead and its combo:v: Its good to have a beginner thread. I will try to help on it.

Check if 236AD still breaks two primers, check if [3C] still have body and head Invu till the end of the move, test how long is the parry cooldown, see if 66214B/C still works, and off course till us about any change in proration and mobility you encounter. Good luck
